My wife and I have eaten at this restaurant several times since it opened and we have always been impressed with the quality of the food and the friendly, accomodating service. If you like authentic Mexican food this is the place to go in town. It's the only Mexican restaurant in town that serves chicken mole and it is fantastic. I have tried other Mexican reataurants in the area and asked for mole but none of them have it and said it is too expensive to have on the menu. That is what seperates this place from all the rest, they want to please the customer no matter the cost. It is also the only Mexican restaurant that serves breakfast. Ranchito Perez is a favorite restaurant for us. We don't eat out very often. Whenever we've decided on this restaurant we are certain that the food will be ALWAYS as good as if we made it ourselves. Everyone is friendly, kind and eager to please. Generous portions of every menu item means leftovers for lunch the next day. Yay! Prices are average for this type of place. I highly recommend the Cadillac Fajitas. I have never been disappointed ordering it. Everyday 2 for 1 Margaritas ($6) is great too. Decor is traditional but not "over the top". The food was dry and tasteless. I placed an order to go. I sent my son to pick up the order. I didn't realize until two days later that they charged me 47.50 for a 25.00 order. When I called to say something I was treated so badly.When the person on the phone agreed to give me back some of my money I told him I would send my son to pick up the money. The man said no you have to pick it up yourself because I don't know what else your going to pull, are you kidding me you over charge me and only give me back part of my money and you accuse me of pulling something.
