I just had the WORST experience here. this used to be the spot my family has ate at for YEARS. we have spent plenty of dollars here, with that being said- I have never had this issue. I called in an order to pick up for dinner and the lady asked about what kind of rices and I assumed she was putting them as dinner combos (as they always have). we get to the restaurant to pickup, and the price is way more than what we typically pay. it didn’t register until after we paid and sat down and looked at the receipt. we came.up to her and asked her about it, and SHE BLAMED US. SHE WAS BEING VERY RUDE ABOUT IT AND GOING BEHIND THE CURTAINS AND YELLING AT THE COOK ABOUT IT. very unprofessional. we sat there and argued over this matter for about 10 minutes until she brought the food out and we didn’t see why we should have to pay for something that we didn’t want to buy in the first place. she angrily does a refund and rings it up the correct way, as dinner combos. and then they remake the food. we never wanted free food. out of the 10 years of us being patrons to this establishment, spending lots of money- you would think they would treat us better and not disrespectfully. I work in the service industry and would never go into a business with entitlement nor treat anyone disrespectfully but the way she treated us was completely uncalled for. and she acted this way in front of other customers! insane! she kept trying to blame me! saying I ordered it wrong, but out of the many years i’ve ordered why now is it wrong? and then had the audacity to SLAM the receipts on the table. what kind of service is that?

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! Disgusting chicken wings. Chicken tasted like it had been cooked 3 days ago. No flavor to the fried rice, AT ALL Shrimp fried rice is the worst my son has reported ever putting in his mouth. He gets shrimp fried rice every time we eat Chinese, which is pretty often. He's a teenage boy who's not very picky. Attitude from the employees was a far cry from pleasant. Felt like our presence was actually more of a bother to them than a profit. The kids teriyaki chicken sticks were good. Of course I'm ok with dry chicken breast because I know its cooked well. My husband would not have liked it. Speaking of which, my husband warned me before not to go there. I asked him just now what his complaint was. He reports that the portion sizes were displeasing. Lastly, they order you to leave 30 minutes before closing time. Never mind the amount of money you've spent and the amount of time it took to prepare the food. The food here is absolutely disgusting. Me and my girlfriend and her sister got around $50 worth of food. And soon as the we got to the house, we open the food and there was a bug crawling on the top of the container which is horrible. I was lost for words when I saw it so I called the store to tell them that I’m coming back to return the food and get my money back. The lady at the front was very nasty towards me. She told me that I have the wrong number and I told her no I didn’t. I just seen her not too long ago and she kept telling me that I have the wrong number and hung up on me.
