Peach Cobbler Factory Stockbridge — Restaurant in Stockbridge

I tried the dessert flight, I order Peach cobbler, Honey Apple cobbler, Peach Mango cobbler and Red Velvet Pudding. From my experience and for the price that I paid when you had to throw three out of the four desserts away did not good I am a professional Baker I went to college I graduated with a baking degree I had people ask me to come back to my hometown of Stockbridge Georgia to try the peach cobbler factory trailer has so many bad reviews so when I was in town visiting my parents I ordered the dessert flight let's start with the peach cobbler you can taste the peaches they taste like they were old mushy with as much cinnamon that I seen on top of it that should have been some flavor but it wasn't and that's when I tried was the honey apple cobbler tasted burnt was unedible you need to remember when using honey honey Burns faster than sugar it will ruin a dish the third one I tried with the peach mango cobbler the worst out of all of them the peach mango cobbler I opened it up and opened it up and it smelled worse than old gym socks I figured that you could at least got the combination of peaches and mango correct till they do work and balance well with each other the last one I tried was the red velvet pudding and I'll admit I'm not a pudding person and I'm not a red velvet person so I didn't have high hopes for it but when that tasted better than what your name suggests that's bad if you're from Georgia and you serve peach cobbler like that then you should move out of Georgia it's bad when your ice cream which you can tell the store bought either that cinnamon on top of it I will admit the ice cream was good the pudding was good I would just be ashamed to sell that kind of peach cobbler to any of my customers I wouldn't be able to show my face in public if I was you all I would either close the doors until you can get the balance right for the desserts or I would change the name of the store to the pudding factory because you're pudding is good cobbler isn't. I’ve patronized the establishment several times and the desserts are consistently excellent. The times i have come there’s a young lady with curly hair whom is always happy to help and offers suggestions. The times I’ve came was during happy hour. Where you purchase a dessert and get a free drink. We purchase 5 desserts. And we grabbed 4 waters a young man named Brandon, yelled from behind the counter to the table in front of that pickup window as that was where we were sitting the waters are $2. As if we were stealing them or something. I said to him there is a sign on every table that say’s happy hour from 2-6. He said that was last week again yelling over the counter while other guest sitting at the table right in front of him were eating. I said i patronized this business all the time and you should honor it since it’s posted on every table including where you pick your order up from. I also stated you should remove the signage as it’s misleading. He said nothing i paid for the waters. And shortly after a young lady with long dark hair in a ponytail and a double nose ring came out and removed the signs from everywhere except the pickup window. No apology or anything. We sat down to eat our desserts we never left the venue. We noticed one of the desserts was missing. We made them aware and the young lady nastily said it’s in the bag i made it myself. We said we’ve been sitting here the whole time and no one has a bag or anything we never got the dessert. I urge you to check your cameras as this was such an embarrassing experience as if we came to try to steal or scam. You made a mistake! She never apologized just rudely placed it in a bag and yelled my mothers name. Needless to say i will never return. I dont care how good the desserts are customer service is what drives a business. I placed an order on 8/18 for pickup for 2 OG puddings and 1 coconut creme pudding for my family and I. When I got to my car I checked my order and realized it was incorrect as all 3 items in the bag appeared to be the OG pudding. I proceeded back in the store and informed the employee I believed my order was incorrect as all 3 items in the bag looked the exact same when one of them (coconut creme) should have had coconut shavings on top as their menu description states. She told me that she saw the other girl package my order up and she knows that one of them was coconut cream. I told her I didn't believe it was as it didn't have the shavings on top and I couldn't see them anywhere in any of the 3 cups. She told me that they only place them in the center and I should check all the cups to find out which one is coconut creme. So I should dig through everyones food to find out which is which? Since she insisted that the order was correct I just asked for a side of coconut shavings since it wasn't made as advertised and took my order and left. Upon arriving home and trying all of the puddings we confirmed that none of them were the coconut creme. We did indeed receive 3 of the OG puddings just like I had told the associate. If a customer is telling you the order is very blatantly incorrect, instead of arguing about it, perhaps offer a solution such as remaking the coconut one. If one of them had actually been the coconut creme pudding the associate would have been able to tell me which specific cup it was as the appearance of it is very different from...
