I read on the Internet that their burgers were really good. So I ordered a couple of the bacon double cheeseburgers. Wow, recommendations on the Internet certainly can be wrong. Probably the most miserable hamburgers I’ve ever eaten. Chewy hockey pucks for meat overcooked and dried out‼️ Not good at all! Do not order‼️ ———————— Update: Friday, August 25, 2023 drive-through Their food is OK for McDonald’s style Mexican food. But there app sucks! I put together an order and an hour later it has disappeared. I redeem a free french fry reward and when I get to the checkout page it’s not there. Del Taco has higher quality ingredients then Taco Bell!

The big draw tonight… Taco Tuesday. Used to be three tacos for $.99. Now it’s three tacos for $2.19. But strangely, the tacos now seem to have more ingredients, including meat, than they used to have! I actually felt the tacos were worth the money tonight.

I also tried the chicken and fries. I asked for them to be cooked hot and fresh and they were! But I believe they’re just large chicken nuggets and not real chicken strips. And of course the fries, they’re decent. They’re not the best crinkle cut fries I’ve had but they’re better than normal fast food fries.

I also tried the crunchtada. Beans, lettuce, cheese on top of a crunchy tostada shell. Definitely worth $1.79. Mine had a lot of ingredients on top.

I appreciate that they have Coke zero!

Kudos to the staff. Very friendly and listened to my special requests!

Tonight I had one of the better meals at Del TAco that I’ve had in a long time.

I ordered an assortment of tacos, burritos, bun tacos and crinkle cut fries!

Big kudos to the manager, Sarah! She was overseeing the operation and making sure everything was done right and made right. Because of her I enjoyed a great...

Parked to go inside to order, not dine in but an employee locked the door even though there were people inside and 2 had just walked in. It was before closing of dine in also. Went to drive-thru and couldn't see the menu bc it was dark out already and the signs were not on. We're not familiar with the menu bc we hardly ever eat here, only a couple times a year maybe. Ordered food when the gal asked but she apparently couldn't hear us bc she would ask again and again. Ordered 3 hamburger combos, 2 soft tacos and 2 pulled pork items. She asked what drinks we wanted, we replied. Proceeded to go to window. A guy took my card as I was trying to check that the order was correct bc it seemed to cheap for what was ordered but he ignored me. He handed me the card back without the receipt and he finally paid attention to check the order. Sure enough it was wrong. I was charged for 1 combo and 2 drinks. He apologized stating he had just started. Ok but he wasn't who took the order so it wasn't his fault. I complained about the sign being off too and apparently they had forgot to turn it on. He gave us the drinks and one hamburger and fries and asked we park in front for the other hamburgers and fries. Some time later he came out with the bag and we took off bc we were late to a commitment we had and miles away saw he only gave 2 burgers and 1 fries filled barely halfway, cold and part soggy, part hard. No receipt in the bag. I called them but of course, no answer. Left a message to have the manager call back, still waiting. Did the review on their website and said yes to a callback, still nothing. The location they had on Wilson Way was 100% better. No more visit to this...

The food was great and the service was pleasant. Normally i would return to a business like this, however i cannot stomach the idea of supporting a corporation where the employees are abused. When i made my visit, i noticed an employee who seems to be the district manager because of the way she wasn't contributing and the way she was acting. She was shorter and darker tone. The way she treated her team was very rude and disturbing,very pushy and questioning everyone but not doing anything herself, she was just standing there and i even heard her ask the rest of the team to hurry up with her food she asked for. I proceed to watch them make the food and i realize, im waiting in line longer at this point because what is possibly the district manager, is actually proving herself as a distraction. When i spoke up and asked why my food was taking so long when i only ordered 4 items, the woman came over to the window and told me it will be ready shortly. When she turned around and started talking to the rest of the employees, she stated" this location is horrible, i don't understand how you guys can even deal with your customers." This is extremely unprofessional and i will not be returning. I've told my co workers and friends, and have submitted a complaint to the better...
