Terrible customer service. I ordered online at 5:15 PM, an employee calls me at 5:19PM to confirm my order and tells me it will be ready in 35 minutes. I arrive at the restaurant at 6:13 PM, pay for my order and I'm told it's not ready. So I sit down and wait for 30 minutes. When I go up to ask about my order I'm told it is still not ready so I ask how much longer it will be as I have been waiting I am told the wait time is an hour to an hour and a half. I tell the employee I was told 35 minutes on the phone and it has been over an hour and a half. The employees then cut me off and walks away to "go check" she doesn't come back until I asked another staff member for help. I am told my order is not ready yet and they can't give me and estimated time which means the pizzas/wedges/wings/breadsticks have not even been made yet. I got really upset because almost 2 hours later and my food was not ready. I ended up asking for a refund and left. I asked for a manager and she only came out to approve my refund didn't even acknowledge me. I felt very disrespected and brushed off. I am a long time customer and I don't mind waiting but employees need to be honest with wait and not be rude when someone asks about their order. I don't think I will be going back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Joe the manager needs to be fired and the whole place needs to be re-staffed. Completely and utterly incompetent. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to take a look at why they are making good profits, directly correlates to how your training your staff.
