Update: Monday, January 15, 2023 PM This is two reviews one. First, I ordered DoorDash delivery the other night from this McDonald’s and it really got screwed up…the whole order was wrong. I complained. Somebody noticed because a day or two later I received a call from Samantha who is, I believe, the daytime manager. She offered to remake the order. I took her up on that offer tonight. I went into McDonald’s with a print-out from my DoorDash order. They made the order and everything was perfect! Quarter pounders with cheese were made correctly and the McNuggets were fresh and hot! I appreciate a business that stands behind their products and takes care of their customers like this. I know McDonald’s gets a lot of bad mouthing. But I find that you ask for the order to be cooked hot and fresh, it is actually good. Thank you, Samantha for making it right. I am a happy customer!
———————- Update: Wednesday, November 1, 2023 PM Went here specifically tonight for McNuggets. Very disappointed! I asked for them to be cooked hot and fresh and I think they were but they were overcooked, dark brown, almost burned? I should’ve complained but I didn’t. I ate them in misery. Different crews run the operation differently. This was not a crew I was familiar with. Better luck to me next time if there is a next time! Update: Tuesday, October 24, 2023 PM I needed to get my McDonald’s fix tonight. I used the app and got the deal… 20 piece McNugget and a fry! I asked for both items to be cooked to order and they were! Hot and fresh! McDonald’s food is actually tasty when it’s hot and fresh. Once it cools off it has been sitting around for 15 minutes it’s no bueno! I was still hungry after my McNuggets and I had a code from the survey…buy any sandwich get any sandwich free. So I used it on a couple of fish filet sandwiches. Again, cooked to order. They were cooked fresh and hot, the bun was steamy and soft. Quite tasty. Only thing I noticed the sandwiches have gotten quite small! Tiny! And the price is now $5.39! A great example of shrinkflation. Come on Ronald…either make the sandwich affordable or increase the size. You can’t have both. This particular McDonald’s has an awesome crew in the evening. They are efficient and friendly. Kudos to the crew!! ————————— Update: Saturday, March 4 2023 PM This McDonald’s has some good managers! I asked for my chicken nuggets to be made hot and fresh and they were! Kudos! ————————- Update: Monday, November 7, 2022 PM Late night cup of coffee? Yes! I stop here frequently to pick up a large decaf in the evening. Normally I get good service but if JENNY is working, I get amazing service. She is an awesome manager. Typical McDonald’s. They don’t listen to what you request when you order. Tonight I wanted chicken nuggets. I wanted them made hot and fresh. I specified that when I ordered. One container out of the three that I ordered was made fresh and hot. The other three containers were taken out of a warmer drawer which pissed me off! I paid good money and I want hot and fresh food. Is that so hard to comprehend? I don’t want my hot and fresh food diluted with lukewarm food!
Other than that the employees were awesome. They were quite busy. But yet they were friendly and congenial.
I guess McDonald’s is back to their one dollar any size soda. My large Diet Coke was only one dollar. And yes, McDonald’s sodas do taste better than normal sodas. I guess it’s the water and the stainless steel syrup tanks.

Read moreThis is probably the worst McDonald's ever in business. They are so rude unprofessional and lack basic training every time I go there it's always something .I do realize it's fast food. I also realize these workers have busy labor intensive jobs running around but in my opinion regardless of how busy or slow you are these workers should always have manners and know the basic menu. They also should address when u order a cheeseburger for 3.19 but there is a special of two cheeseburgers for 3.99 which is a better deal. Most customers do not know what the specials for that week are and I personally assume I suppose that a worker would suggest the special to me. Then when I realized I could have received one more cheeseburger for 80 cents , I asked them to give me that instead of the one. The girl says I already tendered it I cannot do that so I said can't I just give u 80 cents plus tax for 80 cents. The other option I said u could refund me the cash I just gave u for the one and charge me for the two. She looks at me like I was asking her to deploy an atomic bomb and says I don't know how to do that and then says we can just make it 2 dollars that should cover the difference plus the tax . Then I looked at her like she asked me something horrific I said what? let's just make it 2bucks really? Is that how you want to handle it then I said no let's make it 80 cents plus the tax which is 6 cents so I'll give u 86 cents which is the correct amount otherwise you will be getting twice as much for the cheeseburger then u should. Then I asked if you did not know how to do a refund and charge me again won't your drawer be over by 86 cents when u balance it out? Again I got the look I said you know what here is the 2 dollars and took my food and left I don't know if education is to blame , parenting or the employer. Lord bless the poor girl that she gets the help to know next time or maybe ask another employee or management. The sad part is she was really trying and just did not know what to do and that was her thought on solving the problem. Read moreThis is totally unacceptable I'm here at the drive-thru completing the order for a customer through doordash and they're refusing to complete the order because they're out of one of the items that the customer is requesting. Doordash has contacted the merchant to confirm with them they can still fulfill the order and they're still refusing to do so. I really hate McDonald's and the fact is that they don't know how to communicate or follow instructions if you're using a platform and the platform has called you and told you to fulfill the item even though your tablet is not showing what they are requesting you are being insubordinate and you should be totally removed from the platform. As a door Dasher customer assume that when there's issues with their orders that is the driver's fault reality nine times out ten its the merchant. This is totally unacceptable and I'm contacting McDonald's corporate first thing in the morning. You're about to lose money because you want to do what you want to do and not follow...
