I’ve literally been ordering pizza for years from this place and recently it’s gotten really horrible. About two weeks ago I tried to place an order for delivery. It was 6 pm and they said they were no longer taking delivery orders over the phone. Today I placed an order for pick up at this location. My mom, who was paying for the pizza, stayed in the car with my daughter so that I could go get the pizza and pay. When I got in there, they demanded to see an ID. My ID was in my car and I wasn’t sure if my mom had hers plus it was her debit card that would be used she was paying. I explained to the lady that I could go get my ID and that my mom (who only speaks Spanish) was the one paying for the pizza but was with my daughter in the car. She went to ask “the manager” what to do in the kitchen…. I could hear and see the managers response. “The manager” was wearing glasses and rolled her eyes and rudely told the cashier that if I didn’t have the ID for the card that they would cancel the order because “they needed to write down the ID number or driver’s license number for the order” I told the cashier that I had my card and would go get it so that they could have an ID on file but I wasn’t the one paying for the pizza so the names wouldn’t match. Luckily they took my ID but this is terrible customer service and the “manager” needs to ease up and realize that she can be seen through their wall. She’s was extremely rude about it, not to mention that they never mentioned over the phone that there would need to be an ID when picking up the pizza. How do they know if the person picking up the pizza has ID with them. You can’t assume that this is the case and should probably tell customers to bring ID with them. They should also train their “manager” on her customer service skills. No one is at fault for their lack of communication when taking orders but them and if she doesn’t like her job then maybe she should get another one instead of providing rude...
Read moreIt's unfortunate that this place has such poor training for its employees... I ordered online and was even called to confirm the order by the store where she told me to make sure I had my ID ... jump almost 2 hours later and no food I call and ask when I might be arriving ... they tell me they don't have an order for me, and asking if I may have called the wrong store, after making sure it was indeed the right one they tell me that the delivery boy gave my order to some random person with out checking the ID. When I finely spoke to the manager he told that this has never happened and apologized and while they did offer to replace my order they were going to make the delivery boy pay for it, and while it may have been his fault I was not about to make someone else pay for my food ... it was very disappointing and while I was upset I may give them another chance in the future but I pay do a pick up instead of a delivery but still no food was ever revived so if your looking at this for quality read...
Read moreWe ordered like 6 large pizzas in person. The guy told us we will get 5 tiny containers of ranch. We bought 4 more extra bc we got over ten people waiting at home.
When we picked up our order, this red haired woman comes out and only gave us the 4 we paid for. We asked her for the 5 that should have came with our order because we bought 6 pizzas. The lady said its always 1 per order. So she means we need for order 6 pizzas different orders or we share one tiny container for multiples pizzas. Or we should be forced to pay for more when each pizza should come with their own with the order like the earliar guy said.
Watch out for this red haired woman. She was rude and disrespectful. They need to hire more respectful employees and give paying customers the food...
