Starbucks — Restaurant in Stockton

Let me start by saying I have been to this location multiple times in the past. I normally have a very postive experience with everyone who works here but this time was not the case. This was the first time that I was being helped by angel. She was the only one working at the time. I ordered a cold brew with sweetener and no milk or cream. Angel asked if I wanted the vanilla sweet cream cold. I repeated my order to her. She gave me a dirty look and responded with "whatever then" . While she was making my drink she answered a phone call on her personal phone while my drink sat on the counter. When she put out my drink she called out an ice coffee. Being the only customer there I asked for clarification on the drink. She responded with that your drink. I responded with I order a cold brew not a ice coffee. She said "yea that what it is then" gave me a dirty look and walked away from me. I will not be returning to this location anymore after having this...

I am saying this in the nicest way, possible that this place is horrible. The service sucks here so bad and you always have to wait super long to get the simplest things. They really should have more people there or maybe even people that aren’t half asleep. They really need to update what they have there on the window so I don’t have to be waiting in the line like an idiot to find out there is no pastries. And that’s another thing if you want anything other than a drink, do not go to this Starbucks because they will never have it. They’re service is horrible. Absolutely horrible experience in the Safeway Starbucks. I showed her a picture of what I wanted on my phone, the order. I explained to her what I wanted, and she got every single bit of it wrong even the size. I asked her to redo it, and she got that wrong too oh, so I just left it. I won't go back.
