The atmosphere is usually great, and I love ordering here. The girl with long hair usually in a ponytail and glasses working the mobile order area could be kinder. I mobile ordered at 8:10 my order or 3 drinks was supposed to be ready 5 min later. I knew it would take them a few minutes longer so I waited in my car. By the time I walked in 2 of my drinks were being packed in a bag and my last one was being made. Impressed I waited patiently for my last drink, after about 5 additional min. of waiting it was 8:25 at this point. I asked about my order and she points to my last drink on the counter - but the first 2 that were packaged went āmissingā she asked around and at that point the store was busy and the workers were trying to get other drinks out and repeatedly told her they had already made the drinks. The girl continues putting out other orders and doesnāt make any effort to look through the bags aready packed. After a few more minutes of being ignored she finally checks the name on the bag and realizes her mistake. Instead on handing me the bag she RIPS IT OPEN pulls the drinks out, takes the lids with covers on them to prevent spilling off and throws the lids out replacing them with new ones. I asked her if she could actually please put the covers back on and could I get straws for the 2 Frappuccinos. Not a word of apology nothing or any other word for that matter was exchanged. Unfortunately, this has become the worst Starbucks in town for me, purely due to the lack of customer service and poor attitudes from the drive-thru staff.
The cashier(s) working the drive-thru often seem disinterested, unwelcoming, and at times, visibly annoyed to take my order. I donāt expect over-the-top friendliness, but I do expect basic professionalism, courtesy, and acknowledgment as a customer. Itās uncomfortable to order when you can sense that the person taking your order doesnāt want to interact with you.
This isnāt a one-time issue ā it has been a recurring pattern almost every time I visit. On top of the cold service, there have also been occasional mistakes with my order, which only adds to the frustration. At this point, the overall experience feels more like a burden than a treat.
If I were in charge, I would seriously consider re-training or replacing the drive-thru staff with team members who actually want to be there and take pride in delivering a positive customer experience. Starbucks is known for a welcoming atmosphere, but that standard is definitely not being met at...

I was told "why did I place my order through DoorDash it's more expensive and to order through the app"⦠ok I had a coupon through door dash?? What does it matter where I order pickup from? Then turn off DoorDash pick up if itās an issue. The lady employee ended up giving me my order but told me not to do that ever again. I've never had an issue picking up my PICK UP order from here before regardless it be DoorDash or Starbucks app. I'm assuming the lady thought it was a delivery order when in fact it never was and I even followed the instructions by showing them the pick up receipt.
