Grammas Pizza Owensville — Restaurant in Stonelick Township

I hate to say this, but I don't think they're going to be around too much longer. They're too cheap to hire another pizza delivery person, and they work her to death, so you can always expect your pizza to be at least an hour late, & it's not even her fault.(That's no exaggeration. I've literally never had a pizza arrive in less than an hr, from ANY Grammas location). If you get delivery, they charge you a $5 delivery fee, and they don't even give it to her, from what I hear, and now they're charging certain customers, OVER $7 for delivery, and I don't know why because I honestly don't live that far. At any time that you call them, it's always some new restriction. For ex., I called tonight(Saturday )and the guy that answered said, we are only doing pizzas and salads tonight. I laughed and said, "it's always something with u guys", then politely hung up. I could go on and on about the place, but I don't feel like writing a book, & I think most of the employees are great. I just feel like the owners take advantage of being one of the only restaurants out...

We always have a great experience with Grammas at the Owensville location. Friendly staff. Great prices and fantastic food!

Update Last year when I made my initial review this location was fantastic. After 3 terrible experiences in the last several months we will no longer do business at this location. I tried to leave messages for the manager Mariah, and she would not call me back. I did speak to the Batavia location and she told me that the owner of the Owensville had been out of town and told me to contact him in a few days. I tried to call and again left messages that were never returned. As I understand it the Owensville and Batavia locations are run by a brother and sister respectively. The lady at the Batavia location is wonderful and since switching locations we have only had great experiences with wonderful food. Its a shame the same pride isn't taken in the Owensville location. If you want great service and food pass on the Owensville location and go to Batavia and they deliver to so many locations/towns...

went a couple weeks ago they had me pay with 2 different cards because they said the one only charged 33 on it had to put the rest on a different card looked at my balance on my card they took the full balance off of the first card so I went up there had them give me a refund for the amount put on second card was supposed to be delivered but needed up picking it up. got home there was no garlic butter like they said it was in with the pizza also forgot my 2 2lts went back up to get what they left very rude acted like I was tryin to steal the pop when I said I had 2 2lts she said I have to check your recipet first complained about giving me the garlic butter then called today at 1030 to order food said they dont close til 11 but no one knows how to answer a phone I guess I have called 4 times with no answer. guess I'll start ordering from somewhere else then. gotta be...
