Arby's — Restaurant in Storm Lake

Place closes at 10. Pulled in a little before 9. Open sign is off, all the tables are on their sides. We ordered, but they took all the heads off the soda pump and they didn't tell us until we went to get soda. We couldn't sit anywhere besides these 2 tables that weren't on their sides, but the booths were disgusting and I didn't even want to sit down. They were sticky, covered in food, etc. All their trash cans were gone and couldn't figure out where to throw anything away.

Like who even owns this place? Do you just not care...

First, one employee thinks it is okay to park in between the 2 handicap parking spaces. Since everyone who was eating when we arrived had left when we were finished doing so, it was clearly an employee. Next, to pay with cash, you have to step around the plexiglass barrier because no space was left to do so under it. For some unknown reason, there was no Arbys regular sauce or honey mustard in the dispenser and no posted instructions on how to get any?? Food was typical, nothing...

The food was excellent and never faltered from your typical Arby’s meal. The service was a lot to be desired as the entire sauce station and napkin dispenser was empty. When we asked for Arby’s sauce, ketchup, honey mustard and napkins we were given one of each for 2 meals. When we asked for more it was given, but quite reluctantly.
