Absolutely will never order again ! Called to advise about a wrong order and the man who answered the phone with the he’s h accent was absolutely rude ! As I tried to obtain and explanation for why I was missing a small steak and cheese with bacon with my delivery that was 30.18. He yells and goes you only ordered one sub and soup idk what you are complaining for . I clearly ordered two and my husband heard the order . 30 dollars for a small steak and cheese with bacon and egg and a clam chowder .l+ 3.00 delivery and 4.00 tip ! I don’t mind paying for my food but please explain the math when I know I ordered two small subs and a soup . Never again and I’ll take my business elsewhere where I am spoke to with respect after paying 30 for a small sub and soup thanks for the amazing service ! Darn good pizza every time so far... and thanks for cooking on the days this Summer I came home overheated from work and didn't want to cook...declaring its pizza night! Lol.. I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets that same idea...

And a quick psa... let's all please try to remember how hot it is for these folks when we get annoyed if there is something wrong.. because I observed it and feel compelled to call out on it - SOME people get way too upset over easily solvable problems..things happen... and the heat doesn't help things any.. if waiting a little longer for them to remake / correct / deliver your order is too much - then go make it or get it yourself!! It's not like they are making hundreds of dollars on your order.. and one mistake out of what.. a hundred?.. is still 99%...even 95% is pretty good if you ask me... so put it into perspective and think about that and what you would say if you were...

I work nearby and have come to the conclusion that this is the only decent sub shop in the immediate area! The selection is pretty solid--options for the vegetarians and carnivores alike. I've never had the pizza, but I've turned several friends and colleagues on to my usual chicken cutlet sub (with lettuce, tomato, provolone, and a little mayo). Several people I know have had good things to say about the steak and cheese, italian, and many of the salads, but as a creature of extreme lunchtime habit, I can't say it from experience. I've dined in (10 or so tables, always clean, bright casual atmosphere), picked-up (they say 10 minutes, but it's usually ready in 5), and delivered (speedy, though there's a delivery charge for orders under $8 last I checked), and have always been happy with the service.
