Had an order to pick up for a friend, I went to get the food which was supposed to be ready at 4:36; had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the food to be ready. When i finally got my food, I delivered the food only to realize that they never gave me the 2 liter of soda that was ordered. I called them and I was told that it was my fault and that i was supposed to get it myself, however I didnt place the order and it was for PICKUP. Bottom Line: The entire order should have been ready to pick up, soda and all. Staff didnt mention it, even though it was right in front of them on the screen that they already stare at all day. I called back to see if they would rectify their mistake by delivering it, they refused. I asked for a credit, and they said I could come and pick up the soda. They wouldn't give me a refund until i mentioned giving them a 1 star yelp review, to which they swiftly said they're refunding it. I recieved no apology. Staff was just rude and standoffish about their mistake and they have terrible customer service. Go grab yourself a stale slice at Cumberland Farms, it's not worth the trouble to get...

There foods always been abit overpeiced in general at any of there branch in my opinion but ay its pizza 🍕 ig this place does do a good job for rhe most part and you wont disappointed i can say that!
As for delivery please use food delivery app sucj as doordash or grubhub for delivery options as some locations dont provid delivery through the chain but they CAN DELIVER just through 3rd party apps like those! I delivery for here for times so i know, THEY SO DELIVERY and IT IS EASY trust me... Pricey yes but you pay for convictions, Gas, Time and people lifes to gwt you the food you want so yes pricey but the option is there
This papa Geno's has been very friendly, reasonable fast, and quality, food is almost never lacking here, and i deliver for doordash and they treat us dasher with care and understanding.

Ordered food for pick up, drove home and noticed it wasn't what I had ordered. Called them and spoke to some guy not sure if he was assistant manager but he said he would have a credit for my next order which was 17 dollars and change. A couple days go by and I order another pizza and go there to pick it up and what I ordered was around $15 so I thought i'd get a cookie and a brownie or something. The manager (didn't see her name) said "you ordered a pizza and that's a pizza"! Let me tell you first off this person screwed up my pizza in the first place so instead of respecting the business I bring to this location seeing that I live down the road and my family and I frequent this joint. Overall she was very rude and doesn't know how to treat people and clearly doesn't understand business principals as well as treating people with dignity and respect. Unless I get an apology and some free food I will be taking my hard earned cash...
