I placed an online order, but the estimated time for my food to be ready was off by 10 minutes. While they were preparing my meal, there was an inspection of fire extinguishers and other equipment, which was unappetizing to witness during food preparation. Dusty equipment.

I also checked out photos of other customers' orders and noticed that my portion sizes were significantly smaller—even for two different entrées on the same order. I’m not sure if they were rushed due to the inspection, but the portions were disappointing. Chan An offers similar flavors at lower prices with more generous servings compared to this place. 2025 update: I don't know what happened to this place. The rice is thick and is overcooked. I think I need to give you a recipe for sweet and sour chicken. There's more to it than chicken and a very teeny bit of sauce. Please add the peppers and pineapple the way it's supposed to be prepared. This is what makes it sweet and sour.

I’m actually going to try them again because the shrimp egg rolls were good. However, I ordered coconut shrimp and a general tsos chicken. BF enjoyed his general tso’s but they put my coconut shrimp on top of a bed of lettuce. 😔 I like to pour my shrimp and sauce on my rice. As you can imagine, it saturated the withered lettuce leaving no sauce for my rice. So I’m going to try them again asking for the same order, without the lettuce.
