Please fix the speaker system in the drive through. It’s gotten to the point where I’d barely functioning. I do not exaggerate when I say I have to yell to be heard and even then they can’t understand me. They never read your order back to you and stuff gets forgotten often, which normally wouldn’t be that big of a deal but the wait time is so high that when I have to drive back around it becomes an issue. Last visit they forgot my burger and after the girl handed me my bag I waited to tell her and she fr just starred at me through the window and refused to open it so I went back around and waited 20 in line after I alreddy had to wait 15. The wait times are absolutely insane, it’s always been bad here. Even before covid you had to wait forever to get your food but today I waited for 13 min outside the window. I waited all that time, shut off my car, no one came to take my money or give me the pop I got, I just sat in silence that whole time. Then the cashier opened the window and she’s talking on her cell phone. She does not aknowlage me just sticks her arm out with my bag and wordlessly holds out her hand for my card. Then the girl, who I assumed was the manager, yells at her and says we don’t have the pop she wants ask her what she wants so the cashier just looks at me, still on her phone. I yell back my second choice and the other girl comes yells back at me that they have no large lids and tells me she would have to give it to me without a lid. I said that it probably would spill so she pours it into a medium instead. The food was really good which is the ONLY reason I keep coming back. The big issues are the nearly non functioning speaker box and the insane wait time. I thought the cell phone thing was rude but the rest isn’t the employees fault. It’s just gotten to a point where it’s become very frustrating and I will usually opt for Taco Bell instead...
Read moreIf your traveling and looking for a quick breakfast don’t hesitate to stop by and see Kelly and her staff, everything was fresh and delicious, what a wonderful experience, apparently they discontinued there steak biscuit breakfast sandwich, I’m so sad because the Hardee’s in Norton Virginia had them in February of this year, gosh they definitely need to add them back to there menu in strasburg Ohio they was wonderful, this company should also pay Kelly accordingly for her hard work, and the hour’s she puts in at the store that she operates, The company should not be cheap by not fixing thing’s around the building or inside of the building, because the customers see things that stand out, she mentioned that they was going to build a new building, if it was me I would keep there employment at another location and build a new building ASAP, especially with Kelly having the excellent customer service skills, BECAUSE IT REALLY SHOWS THAT SHE SHINES TOWARDS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE JUST LIKE THE HARDEE’S TRADE...

We then proceeded to the window where a worker apologized and said he could not hear us. We weren't sure they were open. A woman, who seemed to be a manager, scowled at us and said she could take our order. We were unprepared to place the order without the menu board. We drove around and ordered three burgers... Including two with cheese only. The young man repeated it back correctly. When we got our food, one burger had 1000 island on it. We backed up and asked for a replacement. The woman came back and said that's the way it comes, we knew that but asked for it plain. She was visibly upset and said, fine I'll get you a new one.
