El Primos Cafe — Restaurant in Stratford

I had a take-out order. The service was slow, but I admit they were busy. Prices were competitive, but an 18% Gratuity was charged along with a 4% fee for using a credit card -- without telling me that the fees were being automatically added. I had to ask for a receipt and didn't notice the extra fees until I reviewed it after leaving the restaurant. So, my take-out order cost me an extra 22% above the menu price!! I probably would have left a nice tip if I was a dine-in customer, but will likely find another place to eat next time I'm hungry. I...

They need to fire the cook! No taste, beyond greasy! It taste like it has been sitting on a counter for 10 days! The portion size, as you can see, is for a 5 year old. Don’t waste your money! This plate was over $13.00 and just nasty! NEVER AGAIN ! Don’t and I mean DONT waste your money going here! They also charge extra fees that are ridiculous and no one tells you about the fees! Bad enough the food is nasty and you feel cheated by then they cheat you on these high fees for discussing food....

The only sit down breakfast in town! The inside of the building is brightly colored and very clean! The food was delicious and presented well. The staff was pleasant and checked in on us just the right number of times. I noticed several cars come through the drive thru while we were there. Obviously a local favorite also! Will certainly stop again on my way through!...
