I was shocked to find that this particular McDonald's not only has a spacious dining area, but also the food is prepared by Gordon Ramsey himself. I could hear him, screaming at the cook-in-training, demanding that more pepper be put in my Braised Pork with Mango Glaze and Wild Mushroom Patè. Once it was delivered to my table, along with a light dinner wine specifically selected by Mr. Ramsey, he apologized for the inferior flavor due to a lack of competence on the employee's part. The presentation was immaculate: just enough sauce dripped on the plate to be casually quirky, yet not enough that one would find it unappetizingly gauche. My first bite filled my mouth with a flavor that can only be described as being massaged with a mango tree wrapped around a gold brick. The wine was top quality, rather dry, however this nicely complemented the sweet saltiness of the glaze. I cannot recommend this establishment enough, however one must be prepared for the attendant in the bathroom. He was friendly enough, but I think having 85 different types of soaps, moisturizers, and sanitizers a tad bit excessive, not to mention that the mints offered after the facilities have been used were a little on the stale side. In all, I rate this restaurant 4.63 Gordon...
Read moreThree out of four times my order is wrong. I never ever leave the parking lot without checking my sandwich because of how often this happens. I always order a double hamburger plain with no cheese. I even reiterate every time that all I want is the bread to hamburger patties and bacon. I used to manage a Pizza Hut so I understand mistakes are made. But having my sandwich messed up three out of four times is unacceptable when it comes to order accuracy. To add insult to injury every time I have to come in for a remake I am very polite and tell them what I was supposed to have and what I got instead. I never expect a refund or free food but how are they not trained to at least apologize when they mess up an order. Never once is anybody ever said oh sorry let me fix that. It's always like I'm inconveniencing them by asking for what I initially ordered. I don't even care if you mean it when you say sorry, it should just be common practice. I understand McDonald's is the biggest restaurant chain in the world and you probably don't care that much about customer retention...
Read moreThis place is garbage. Yesterday, 10/5, I placed my order a 01:05pm. I ordered a 4 and 6 piece happy meal and a double cheeseburger and fries for my wife. I was not given a recipe for the order from the kiosk. The order was placed at 01:05pm. At 01:25pm, I had to approach the cashier and express that I had been there an unreasonable amount of time and still had not gotten the food. Keep in mind, SEVERAL PEOPLE had came in, ordered and received their food, many orders larger than mine, and left all in the time I was waiting for the food. After I explained to the cashier my issue, my food ironically was ready after 20 minutes. This service was unacceptable should be addressed by the cooperate office. But I know it will not. I don’t eat this dog food as it is, and this incident made my case even...
