I really want to just let everyone know tonight was very long day and just wanted to eat dinner late tonight so I thought of Burger King because I got coupons in the mail, however this was the wrong day to go because I got to drive through literally ask for special request to make all my food I ordered Fresh And very polite with asking and Employee didn’t seem as if Employee cared I got to the window and paid for the meals I ask for which was $5 Whopper Coupon that’s comes with small fries and small drink and 4.99 2 original chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries and I got here with not no cars behind me or anybody at Burger King so I was told to Move up so If they Was making my Food Fresh But They Wasn’t so I pulled up and sat there in my car for more than 20 minutes tops and just to get cold food, this not it I went back and got another 4.39 original chicken sandwich and 1.19 value fries that was $6.98 when I though she said $6.36 I spent all this money at Burger King to just go home to Pretty much nothing when I got home Cold Fries that’s been there probably all day just sitting and believe me this is not the only time this stuff happens This stuff happens All the time and I’m the one to speak up and Say this is not Burger King should be this Burger King is a lack of customer service and lack of work for this company and if you guys want a better company and customers who don’t have to complain about this stuff remove this business from here because This Burger King Should No longer be here I called and Employee told me to bring receipt 🧾 and I did and when I got to Drive through I however ask for a Full Refund and just to sit there and say this and that and some of it can’t be refunded I literally drive back out of town to get another meal but I realized I didn’t appreciate their customer service and the lack of work that they have caused me to drive way back from in town to out of town Employee called the district manager just to see about giving me a refund period it’s ridiculous I work at a fast food restaurant and we wouldn’t be allowed to argue with the customer just give them their money and apologize for the inconvenience Please start doing these reviews because People need to know about this stuff Streator Illinois might be a small town but believe me Good workers are out here but some people don’t do nothing to even bring that up with the district manager and I will be the one that Do this review and say No Burger King here needs to Stop Serving cold meat cold fries you guys will get people sick by having food just sitting there waiting for the next person to order what you guys already have out that SHOULD BE DROP AND MAKE FRESH EVERY SO MINUTES BY CUSTOMER COUNT DONT KEEP FOOD OUT THATS BEEN SITTING THERE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Read moreFirst we went through the drive through and ordered with coupons. They told us we couldn't use more than 2 in the drive through ok fine. So when we got our order from the drive through we drove around and I went inside to use my last coupon. The floors and counters were nasty and grease filled. The drink stand had splatter every where. The lady that waited on me in the drive through also half way waited on me inside. She had nothing but attitude through the drive through and nothing but attitude with the other customers behind us in the drive through while I was standing there inside. She came over to me and took over for the girl that had originally started my order and she still had nothing but attitude. So when the little girl came back and finished taking my order (she had nothing but smiles the whole time she was waiting on people) I asked for the lady's name in the drive through and the managers name and a way to contact him (Ernesto was the name I was given) the lady that had the attitude flipped around again with an even bigger attitude written all over her face. I just left it alone. The food was nasty over cooked and hard stale bread. It looked like it had been setting out for days. I took one bite and threw it away. I called the restaurant to tell them about the whole thing and got the lady that we dealt with through the drive through when I asked to speak with the manager. She INTERRUPTED ME half way through what I was saying to her and said she was the one who I was talking about in not so many words. I didn't even get a chance to try to tell her about the food itself. So I said ok well then I will call back and speak with Ernesto the name I was originally given. And hung up. This is not how things should be nor how customers who ultimately pay their checks should be treated. I obviously am adding on to this situation. Read moreI usually get burger king when i work late fot me and my wife. And i have always been a loyal burger king person. Was a shame they shut it down in oglesby. But. The last 2 times i have ordered the staff at night act as if im interrupting there time. I sat in drive thrue for almoat 23 minutes. And not once did anyone come to say hey i apologize for the dust we’re making fresh whatever. Nothing. I ordered a bacon king and why wine fit the risky crispy bacon. I paid. And after the long wait. She handed us our food and said hey we dont have any bacon. After they already cooked the food. We got our food and i looked when we pulled away. She got a a olain royal crispy just the chicken. And i got a small burger. One patyy and 1 tomatoe. This is twice now. I will be contacting headquarters to see what kind of.
