I don’t normally leave reviews and I don’t ever go out of my way for good or bad. I must say the past 2 or 3 times I’ve come to this location very recently (within the past week) I’ve been very impressed on the speed at which my food comes out to me. From ordering food to the items ordered in hand I am impressed. I usually come before noon sometime in the morning and the playlist by the way (whoever is playing it) is FIRE 🔥. The staff that has been there at the time I stop in isn’t going out of their way to be nice, but they all seem to be pleasant and focused which is all i could ever ask for. My food hasn’t been wrong, cold or messed up in anyway. I can’t say the same for AVON. At the Avon location I almost swallowed a piece of plastic from a plastic knife or the lid to cream cheese that was what i hope to be an accidentally in my food and not by my hands. . Need I mind you it was about and 1” long piece of plastic. Gave it to the staff member to let them know they should check the food so no one else experiences that. Read moreWe stop at this Dunkin six days a week, usually go through the drive-thru . The service has been getting progressively slower and slower in the past few weeks and some orders incorrect. This morning we had to go in the store because the line was backed up onto the street. While waiting to place our order we unfortunately witnessed the supervisor respond to an irate customer by running to the drive-thru window screaming and swearing at the customer and pounded on the glass at her. This behavior was completely unprofessional to say the least. There was a small child in the store witnessing this and the staff and rest of the customers were visibly rattled. I would like to commend the rest of the staff for trying to maintain calm and provide decent service. Having said that, I feel training of new employees is noticibly lacking. Employees try to help, but have seemed ill-equipped lately. It has become more frustrating to stop here and might change our morning routine...
Read moreEvery single time I go to this location, I tell myself I'm never going back. I have not once received descent customer service. The workers that run the drive thru are never smiling or friendly. Last time I went, I ordered a medium dark roast iced coffee with one cream and coconut flavor. They gave me a medium decaf iced coffee with three cream and three sugars. I told the cashier that it was the wrong iced coffee, and he snatched it back into the window, I repeated my order three times and showed them the receipt, that they rung it up wrong. The girl making my iced coffee couldn't get it right, then proceeded to get an attitude, like I was the one at fault for my order being wrong.
If I could rate zero stars, I would. Wish they built a Starbucks at that location instead.
Also, the dark roast iced coffee is watered down as all get out. I'll stick to making my own iced coffee at home. I will never go back to this...
