Fusion Mediterranean Grill — Restaurant in Strongsville

Was excited to try this place out as I love the fast casual restaurant concept (Bibibop, Chipotle, Five Guys, etc.). This one is Mediterranean focused and has 4.8 stars right now on Google so I had high expectations, but I didn't feel it met them. Don't get me wrong, the food was mostly tasty and the employees were friendly and helpful, but the meat in my bowl was dry and overcooked, the rice was average, and the inside of the restaurant was disappointing (if you want to dine it, there is only 1 bar with a few stools to eat at). I ordered from DoorDash. The high rating on this app cannot be right. We ordered from Fusion solely on the rating and were very disappointed. Our food was cold. The timeframe from when we ordered to when it was delivered was less than 45 minutes, so the fact that it was cold, only leads me to believe we were given old food. The pita was soggy with barely any gyro meat. Their fries were definitely from the day before that they threw in the microwave for 30 seconds top. And don’t even get me started on the grape leaves. If I wanted grape leaves from the can, I would have picked them up from Walmart. Steer clear...

Hello Foodies this is Steven the foodie guy I got the gyro here. Wow so authentic I will give this definitely I'll be definitely about a 9.6 I tell him to grill it though very nice place charges like $3.for extra meat. He gives you samples of chicken .gyro meat and steak everything is homemade and fresh my beautiful mother got the steak salad my mother were given a nine.0 my mother also had a broccoli cheddar soup she gave that a 9.0 the cashier at this hour 4:25 p.m. very very nice polite.
