I go to Dunkins every single morning. I came down this way for business for a couple days. This dunkins was the closest to my hotel and yesterday morning they made my coffee the way it should be made (iced hazelnut swirl 6 cream 6 LIQUID sugar) with out having to ask for the liquid sugar...the second morning I went through drive thru and after I paid the young girl with black hair gave me my coffee which was extremely dark brown. I told her this didn't look right, she replied "JUST shake it!" rudely. So, I did. Still brown and I even tasted it. Disgusting. I like lots of cream in my coffees. She asked rudely "whats wrong with it??" So, she grabbed the coffee from me right after I heard her making nasty comments about me to this older lady with brown hair. I could tell they were annoyed. She gives me my new coffee and slams the window shut. I then noticed there was a ton of GRANULATED sugar at the bottom!! I pulled into the parking lot (granted I had to be at my meeting) and went inside. Those two saw me come in and instantly started making rude comments once again. The older lady came up to me and I told her I wanted liquid sugar...she made a huge fuss about it and took my old coffee and said to the other girl "WHERES THE RECEIPT" she looked at it and said "you need to ask next time for liquid sugar!" Finally, they made the coffee right...I've been to many dunkins where I don't need to ask, no big deal but at least correct it cause I'm not from around here and get that everywhere is different on how they do things. I've worked customer service for 10 years and currently work front desk at a big hotel. I could never imagine talking to my guests that way, especially when I wasn't being rude to them, cause I understand! Worst customer service ever. If you're miserable with your job, leave! I get complicated guests all the time, but I put my thoughts aside and still treat the guest as though "they're...
Read moreUpdated review as of 6/30/23 I do not say this often, but goodness give all of those ladies a raise!!! I have stopped back twice in the last month, mostly out of convenience and both times the team has smiles and are happy to take your order. I come by with my two dogs and they are so nice and offered a pup cup. I am thankful for the turn around at our local Dunkin. It is so refreshing to see friendly faces! Fridays are usually my Monday...so THANK YOU! My coffee is ON POINT and the breakfast sandwich did not disappoint. Thank you again ladies, have a wonderful weekend!
Original One star review from over a year ago:
Moved here in January and made sure to visit this Dunks, the first two times were wonderful as Jordan and two of the girls truly have it together. But just about every other employee makes horrible drinks. I have ordered through the mobile app several times and each time the drink is wrong and has an incorrect label to prove it. I always get add ons like an extra shot as I like my coffee heavy with flavor and they are seldomly added. This review is only getting one star as I have to leave a star and Jordan is the only other reason. Save your money, brew at home or go 10 minutes out of your...
Read moreCame to this location tonight after 3 other locations were out of vanilla bean coolattas. My boyfriend ordered my drink and jokingly mentioned that his pregnant girlfriend wanted mocha in her coolatta, when we got to the window we were greeted by the nicest Dunkin’s employee we’ve ever come across! We didn’t catch his name, but he had purple in his hair (which I loved haha) he asked if prego was in the car and asked if I wanted the “works”, making the best coolatta and making a pregnant girls night. Might not be a lot to some people, but kindness and going out of his way to make a special drink goes along way in my book !...
