Mr.Panchos Mexican Food — Restaurant in Stuttgart

Real Review from a Real Person. We come to this town often but never really eat here, we gave it a shot based on reviews and the amount of cars in the parking lot. You win some. You lose some. Today we lost. To keep it simple heres the rundown:

Service: -5 There wasnt any. Sat there for a long time before being waited on. Sat there even longer to take our order. Nobody put in our cheese dip order. Had to ask someone mopping about it. They tried to bring it with the food? Nobody ever came back. No refills on chips, water...nothing. Yet they had plenty of time talking and chatting about.

Food: 0 It was edible. Salsa tasted like Tomato Paste with pepper and water. It was wierd. Chips good. Couldnt review the cheese dip because we never got any. (But they did charge us for the cheese dip, that again WE NEVER GOT. Yes, we had to wait even longer to have them remove it) As another reviewer mentioned the Beef does NOT taste like beef. We eat A LOT of mexican food from all over, even been to Mexico. I have no idea what the "beef" street taco was, but I cant shake it. Again, wierd. Food just didn't have flavor, but it was all so greasy.

Price: 7 Reasonable pricing for amount of food

Overall, we will not ever eat here again. Theres a burger king just a hop, skip, and jump away...if you must eat here get yourself a Whopper and...

These are suppose to be chicken street tacos. I drove all the way home before noticing. Not to mention this cost $22! So I call the restaurant and told them their mistake and they wanted me to drive back up there to give them the tacos to replace with chicken! I was polite but patients wore thin because it was a long day. They need to google on how to provide customer service and not make the customer fix their mistake when it’s so inconvenient!

I am still shocked on how poorly they handled this situation. Completely disappointment and would not recommend to anyone unless they have the patience to right someone else’s mistake after a long days work....

The prices are extremely high especially if your cheese dip. I play some order for pickup about 45 minutes before I was ready for it. I got there at the correct time to pick up the order and everyone acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Then I paid and got my food to find that they didn't give me everything that was supposed to be in the order even though I repeated the order three times after I was inside waiting for my food. I ended up having to pay a second time because they say that they didn't charge me for the items that I was missing.

With that said, the quality of the food was great and the restaurant...
