UPDATE: I was triple charged for pizza, feel free to read my experience below. The bank finally gave me my money back but it took close to 60 days because they tried to contact dominos to make sure I wasn't the one committing fraud. They also stated the restaurant you bought food at should be able to refund you, which I agree with. Needless to Dominos did not answer them, just like they would not help me. Full story: Dominos Customer Service is Horrific even when they OVER CHARGE YOU THREE TIMES! I ordered pizza online 9/27 which happened to be the day the internet went out all over Suffolk. I didn't realize the internet was still out until my online order didn't go through. So I called my order in. The website just said Whoops, We have a problem. OVER $120 IN charges later Dominos charged my card three times. I only received one order of pizza and it was more expensive than the EXACT same order I called in. I saw the charges on my bank statement and waited. "I'm sure these other two chargers will disappear once the internet charges go through since they weren't real." It is now October 9th. All the charges have cleared (they took all the money out of my checking account) my bank. I CANNOT GET ONE PERSON FROM DOMINOS TO RETURN MY CALL! I'm being told to call the store and only one person would talk to me and they couldn't help me but also would not tell me who their manager was. They did refund me the walk in purchase. But still won't give me a real managers name. 1-800 dominos. Will not connect you to live person. Their corporate office will not connect you to a live person. Other stores will also not tell you their managers name. I have been told 6 different time that this would.be escalated to a manager that would return my call.I have sent emails, I have sent Facebook and Instagram messages I have filled out multiple messages with their AI customer support. One day I received a return message (email) that the franchise owner would call me. Guess how many calls I have missed? 0 My pizza order was crap, honestly, but I don't expect anyone to believe that since against my better judgement I did not a take a picture. The toppings were non existent but obviously the biggest issue is CUSTOMER SERVICE. One of the employees I spoke to eventually call and dispute it with the bank (because obviously the store won't help me). The bank asked me if I wouldn't mind if Dominos called me to verify the dispute and then told it may take 60 days to come get my own money back for pizza I didn't receive. So here we are. I have still paid an enormous amount for crappy pizza and have NEVER received help. PLEASE HELP ME, THIS WAS A SPLURGE AND I...
Read moreOne-star experience—and not because of the food. We placed our order around 8:30 PM and I noticed the tracker stayed stuck at “Quality Check” for nearly 30 minutes, which seemed unusual. I decided to call the store and, oddly enough, the order status flipped to “Out for Delivery” just as the manager answered. I was in the middle of mentioning this, but she hung up on me mid-sentence.
I called back, hoping for a clarification—not confrontation—but was met with more attitude from the same manager. Admittedly, I responded less kindly after that interaction. I know it’s always best to stay respectful, but being on the receiving end of blatant rudeness makes that harder.
Wanting to escalate it properly, I drove to the store (only about a mile away) to get her name. Instead of offering it, she walked off and mocked me by calling me “Karen” from behind the stove. That part was almost laughable—if it weren’t so unprofessional.
To be clear, the delivery drivers have always been great—I tip them well and appreciate their effort. This review isn’t about them. It’s about an encounter that turned unnecessarily hostile when a little courtesy could’ve gone a long way.
This store won't miss my orders, but I hope someone in charge takes this seriously—because I doubt I’m the only person who's had this kind...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Every single time I order from the Domino’s on Bridge Road, whether it’s delivery or carryout, there is always a problem. Either the wrong pizza shows up, or something from my order is completely missing. You’d think after one or two mistakes they’d tighten up their process, but this location just does not seem to care about consistency or customer satisfaction.
The worst part is the customer service. When I called the store to address the mistake (again), the young woman who answered the phone acted as if I was inconveniencing her just by asking them to fix their own error. I remained polite and professional, but her response was dismissive and careless, just an unbothered “ok,” with no sense of urgency or accountability. That kind of attitude is unacceptable in any business, let alone one that constantly messes up orders.
It’s extremely frustrating to spend money on food and never receive it the way you ordered it, and then to be treated like your concerns don’t matter when you call. This location needs serious management changes, better training, and staff who actually care about their customers. Until then, I would highly recommend avoiding the Bridge Road Domino’s if you value getting the food you paid for—or even basic...
