Hardee's — Restaurant in Suffolk

On Friday, April 5th, my family and I stopped at Hardee's. This has been my worst experience at any fast food chain restaurant that I've ever encountered.

I made an order to purchase an 8 piece chicken meal with biscuits. Since I was driving there was little time to inspect the order before I left. I fed my children a "leg" and a "thigh." Once I reached my destination , I realized that there weren't any "breasts" in the chicken box.

I then made a call to the restaurant to let them know about the error that has occurred. As well as my kids already had chicken out the box. I was told to come back to receive a new order of chicken. Once I returned, I was rudely denied the new order of chicken as well as a refund. He called me a lair. In fact, the store manager slammed the window shut and yelled out, " TALK TO MY GM TOMORROW."

I went inside of the store to threaten to call the police if not given a refund for this disservice. The other female employees on duty tried to come around to the other side of the counter to attack me as I was walking out.

As I was leaving the store manager was hanging outside of the window taking pictures of my license plate. Also by the time I made it to the stop light another employee walked behind my vehicle to again to take pictures. I do not know the reason for this and I...

Would give -1 stars if I could... on a 12 hour road trip. Thinking we would make a quick Hardee's burger run.

Tried drive thru and after repeating my order (no exaggeration) FOUR times, I finally parked and went inside.

Had to still repeat my order twice only to have it prepared wrong.

Two burgers one with everything, one with. Cheese only. Fairly simple I thought. Both loaded. When I took one back I waited another 30 minutes for the correction. Hardly anyone in line or in the store.

Am elderly man in front had ordered two small fries. When he went up to pick up they told him his order of a single fry was ready. He corrected her and said it was two. She stated that he had to say two if he wanted two. He received what he claimed after getting attitude, I only included to provide added demonstration of the poor service.

Lastly, when I finally was able to eat my now cold food, I was further disappointed as the meat and bun tasted as if it had been prepared last week, reheated last night, and kept under a lamp until I ate it today.

Do better Suffolk. This was trash product and trash service.

Hardee's might want to...

we were there for food for Mothers Day, a bit before that day because we had to celebrate my husband's mom day before my mother's day ... point being that the lady who helped my hubby was a genuis. so kind, friendly and helpful. answered questions that he had ... now to get the best deal. we wanted fried chicken, biscuits, sides and lots of sauces to make the mother happy. she was able to suggest a way to get the most for us buck $$$. the mother (& father) was so happy. beyond surprised and loved it. thank you for your awesome service. we had been 2 other Hardee's that were complete incompetents (not smart folks, left their brains in bed? i am not trying to be rude, but when a person has to go to 3 different Hardee's to find some1 who will help them with chicken deals? come on now??!) ... i am not sure why Hardee's hires goober heads. i tell ya when you find a great employee you better support that 1 so much. amazing that the 2 Hardee's the guy in line even told him to go this Suffolk location, it was the best in his opinion. listen to the locals people. they know their stuff. thank you ... well done. please keep up...
