Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Sugar Grove Township

the owner argued with us about our watered down shakes. this is the ONLY coldstone that makes their shakes into liquid form. it was literally like soup. ive been going to coldstone since i was a child and this isn't how theyre supposed to be made! its clear the owner is trying to cut costs by using less icecream and cookies/candy and use more milk. but what does that get you? unsatisfied customers and bad reviews. i wont return. the audacity of an owner who argues with customers when they are wrong is wild. take your money to a coldstone that deserves it!

I just picked up a birthday cake for my husband and made the ten minute drive home. By the time I got home it was looking melty so I put it in the freezer for 40 min. When I pulled it out it had fallen apart. The cake was also very disheveled, uneven and lumpy. The green “frosting” left all us with green mouths and faces and tasted chemically.
