I went through the drive-thru of the Sugar Grove Culver's and ordered a fish sandwich and a small chocolate shake I had a little bit of sticker shock that a single fish sandwich and a small chocolate shake was just barely under $10 but that's okay they do have good food from when I remember so I said alright they had me the Shake I grab it by the actual cup part put it in my cup holder have to wait about 5 minutes for my sandwich was which was okay I am driving home and I go to grab the cup will the cup lid was not put on all the way so needless to say the couple slippery tipped over I have chocolate shake all over my console all over the rug and carpet all over me all over the chair and dripping into my gear shifter so I stopped and I've got to clean everything up of course the sandwich then is ice cold and it never warms up correctly so that was done I called the restaurant and I get a young gal who was polite she says she's a manager so explain what happened in the console I'm going to have to have my truck professionally clean to make sure it doesn't spoil and smell so she put me on hold and a young man gets on the phone who says he is the general manager of that store I explain the situation he says oh I'm sorry that happened to "you" but our employees that make the cuss words in the shakes the lids are checked and double-checked and triple checked I so obviously it wasn't done this time and I said and obviously at some point there had to have been an issue with this happening he interrupts me and says know that has never happened I said we'll look if they implemented that rule from corporate obviously it happened maybe not at your store but it's happened I said unfortunately it was messed I said so we have a problem he says well sorry it happened when you went to grab the cup after you were home I said no that's not what happened you didn't listen so he says well that's all I can do that's a little bit of an issue for me because you're too bad so sad you eat the cost to have to get this out of your Fabric and carpet in your car and he's as well what do you want me to do I'll give you a coupon it wasn't even a genuine apology he was argumentative interrupt every chance he got and sarcastic and not once did he ask my name or an address to send this ridiculous coupon and basically hung up I will never go to that store for sure and I don't know if I'll ever go to another Culver's again because now if anybody's had to have their car cleaned they don't do just a spot you got to pay for the whole thing because they have to shampoo the carpet sanitize it make sure there's nothing left so it doesn't spoil so it doesn't smell especially when it gets warm and I said to this guy before I hung up I said so basically you don't care too bad the customer has to eat the cost now I know why I have not gone to Culver's and...

I visited this Culver’s location recently on Sunday and had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. The drive-thru line was quite long (about 8–9 cars), so I decided to go inside to place my order, assuming it would be faster. There were 3–4 staff members at the front counter, but only one young lady appeared to be fulfilling orders for both the drive-thru and inside customers.
No one was in front of me . After I placed my order for a simple kids’ meal, I waited patiently as she prepared all the drive-thru orders ahead of me. However, she continued to prioritize the drive-thru customers who arrived after me, while my in-store order sat unfulfilled. I waited more than 10 minutes before I had to request that someone pack my meal, only to see no urgency or action from the staff.
By the 15-minute mark, I requested a refund. Only then did the employee begin to pack my order, with the sudden help of two or three other team members who had been present the entire time. When I brought up my concerns, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. I was told they had to “fulfill the orders that came before me,” despite my clear observation that multiple later drive-thru orders were completed before mine.
This kind of service is frustrating and unacceptable. Customers who walk in should not be treated as second-class to drive-thru traffic especially when staff are available but not assisting. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes adjustments to ensure fair, timely service for...

Months went by and he would keep telling me this strange vision. Almost like a prophesy? We'd be doing this or that and out of the blue he would look towards the stars with this 1000 yard stare and tell me again of this vision.
