I just returned from this Dunkin a few minutes ago and I should have went with my first mind and left after I first walked in. The place was not clean, the manager wasn't kind at all. I mentioned all the donuts were not on the self service menu and the owner rudely told me just pick anything i'll give you what you want after you pay. I ordered 3 donuts and coffee. The coffee was lukewarm and the donuts were soft but, not good at all. They taste funny and I threw them away. The indian owner/manager threw them in the bag, they all meshed together no tissue paper between them. The woman who seemed to be the wife emptied her purse on the counter and was counting change and clearing her purse on the order pickup counter. I expect this type of product and service in low income poverty stricken areas as workers in these areas often have less than great attitudes that shows in their work ethic also. As a Business owner I know the time and energy it takes to earn the income to purchase a franchise. If these individuals do not want to provide a service they paid the franchise to acquire and perform they need to sell the restaurant immediately. I will not be going back and recommend new ownership or something else in place of this restaurant with hard working owners and staff. I cannot wrap my head around an immigrant coming to America, earning a business while treating it and their customers badly. I'm grateful for what I earned and love each and every customer for they keep the lights on so I strive to provide the best product to them at affordable prices eager for...
Read moreNormally, my rating for this location would be five stars. I visit this Dunkin’ every day, and most of the employees even know me by name. The majority of the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, which is one of the reasons I enjoy coming here.
However, on 8/29/25 around 7:30–7:40 a.m., my experience at the drive-thru was disappointing. The Women employee assisting me was noticeably rude and dismissive in the drive through . While I have observed her to be somewhat standoffish in the past, I typically overlook it because of the excellent service from other team members.
On this occasion, I had placed a mobile order. Since the app does not provide an option to request a cup of water, I politely asked about exchanging part of my order for one. Instead of receiving clarification or assistance, my request was met with a rude response and I was quickly dismissed from the drive-thru lane. I understand that mornings can be busy and stressful, but a courteous approach goes a long way in customer service—especially when a guest is simply asking a question.
This remains my favorite Dunkin’, and I truly appreciate the great service I normally receive. I only ask that employees be provided with additional training on professionalism and customer service to ensure that every guest has a consistently...
Read moreThis place is a reminder that there are multiple Starbucks just down the street. Was in a bit of a rush so instead of getting in line I used the self-order kiosk, that went nowhere as the "None" flavor option was apparently "out of stock" and refused to let me place an order. After waiting for like 5 minutes just to get someone to the register, I managed to flag someone down long enough for me to order, just a simple Chai Latte and a blueberry muffin, easy. (guy behind me wasn't so lucky, he left after waiting for another 5 minutes with nobody even taking his order.) Turns out it wasn't as easy as most cafés would have you believe, as even though they put down on the receipt that it was a CHAI latte, they gave me a regular coffee latte instead, of course since I was in a hurry I had already left when I figured THAT out. Shouldn't be surprised, I've had to have them remake my drinks multiple times now, if they weren't the closest coffee shop to my work I wouldn't even bother. The muffin was alright, a bit old feeling but not stale yet, though FAR from...
