Extremely Disappointing Experience I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at your establishment. My experience was highly frustrating and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and fairness from your staff, particularly the branch manager.
I was recently waiting in line to order a sandwich when a woman from behind me cut the queue. She did so because the wait was too long and she didn't want to wait her turn. This woman then proceeded to tell jokes to the staff, who, to my surprise, found this acceptable and served her before me.
When I objected to this blatant disregard for the queuing process, the staff refused to serve me. This is completely unacceptable. The message I received was that good service and respect are not based on fairness or following the rules, but rather on personal connections or making staff laugh.
This was a terrible experience, and the behavior of the branch manager was particularly unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects fair treatment
Thank you for your follow-up and for looking into this matter. The incident occurred yesterday, August 22nd, at approximately 7:00 PM. I am deeply upset and frustrated by the actions of your employees at the restaurant located at 4621 Silver Hill Rd, Suitland-Silver Hill, MD 20746. Specifically, the branch manager used inappropriate, F-word language, even though I had not used any foul language or done anything other than ask to file a complaint. I had not received any service, and someone had cut in line. In response, the manager yelled at me and kicked me out of the restaurant. A security guard then came over and demanded that I leave. He started to take something out—it was a circular, metal object, perhaps a handcuff, I am not certain. I also believe he took out what looked like an extendable baton. I was very shaken by what was happening and felt extremely scared. As a diabetic with high blood pressure, I feared the situation would escalate and become a physical assault. Read morePuledl up to the drive through Sunday at 11:30 to grab a bite before the big Commanders vs. Cowgirls game. After waiting several minutes (we were the only car in line and the restaurant had 1 whole person inside) I had to yell "hello" into the speaker in order to get a response. I ordered a #2 combo (Ghost pepper chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese, with a side of Cajun fries and a Sprite. After waiting at the window for about 3 or 4 minutes, no one had even attempted to get my card for payment. There were about 3 or 4 ladies grouped up near the window having a conversation about Aldi's, and when they finally opened the window, the first thing out of her mouth was "it'll be 3 minutes for the bacon, did you want to wait or did you just want cheese?" Feeling impatient, I said "forget the bacon and I'll just have it with cheese." Again, I wait. At the 3 minute mark, I still hadn't gotten my sandwich, so I asked "is the bacon ready yet because it's been over 3 minutes, so you might as well pit it on there now." Her reply...we didn't cook the bacon cause you said you didn't want it!" No ma'am...I wanted the bacon, just not the wait, but I ended up waiting anyway! She finally hands us the bag and I reach in to grab a few fries and they were less than lukewarm and looked/tasted like they had been sitting for way too long under a heatlamp. Frustrated, I get out and go in to tell them that my fries were cold and can I have some fresh ones. The "manager" yells back to drop fries and then asks me "did you want something to drink while you wait?" I told her that I ordered a Sprite with my combo, and another girl yelled out that she gave it to the person in the car. I finally get my bag, hop in the car, just to find that she never gave anyone my Sprite, my fries were STILL cold, and the chicken sandwich was lukewarm, with unmeted cheese and sauce slopped on the bun! Pissed, and having other things to do before the game, I just left.
Thus crew did EVERYTHING wrong and that location will never get another dime of my money! Worst experience in my life with this franchise and the entire crew need to be replaced!!!

Not crowded and drive thru had about 1 or 2 cars coming thru while I was there. I wonder if your business profits are declining? Anyway I stood in line for about 5 mins - Strike 1 because you all weren’t busy. Then I ask you about the app. As a customer that didn’t know about the app you DID NOT offer to assist me with it and act like I was bothering you - Strike 2. I ask you if I could get the chicken in the back and you mumble something and started fixing the box. Not knowing what you said I ask you again nicely by the way and you snapped at me toss the box with a piece chicken and told me touch the chicken and to see that it was hot - Strike 3. That was so disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. I purchased the chicken because I was pressed for time and was hungry. I will never return to this store.
