I’m not sure if this is a bad day. But these people are so rude. Over the phone and in person. I see a lot of comments stating they are friendly... I guess that all depends on what kind of customer service a person is use to. No need to kiss my tail.. but your tone and deliverance , plus your body language, can make or break you.. You treat everyone as if it’s there first time visiting your establishment. Active listening too. If a customer is asking question about food, what’s in it, etc. understand that they’re asking for a reason. Listen to what the customer is saying, and politely ask the customer if there’s something they are looking for or ingredients they’re trying to avoid. I accidentally told my dad to pick up food for my son here, thinking that I told him to go to everlasting life because my son is vegan. Knowing my dad, and him being unfamiliar with both food for life and everlasting life, he either told them my son is vegan, or ask them what foods were soy free and what wasn’t tofu. And of course the person got an attitude and told my dad to look at the menu to see. There’s a way to politely ask someone to do something. “Sir, I’m unsure as I am unfamiliar with the ingredients are, however, the menu would be able to give you a full description of the ingredients that’s in each dish” BOOM! My dad text me about his experience and I immediately asked who it was. That’s when I realized I mistakenly told him the wrong place. Everlasting customer service is out of this world. There’s a difference between hearing and listening. It takes nothing to treat someone the way you would want to be treated....
Read moreI wanted to be fair about my comments, as I do not share bogus or unauthentic reviews. Today, I purchased an entree and a salad (w/protein) while at my hair salon. Thinking that the meal would have been fresh and of quality, I opted to purchase the fried whiting dinner with macaroni and cheese, and cabbage.
We also purchased the blackened chicken salad. So, the salad had less than 4oz of chicken on it with a container full of lettuce. I did not realize this until after the gentlemen had left the salon or I would’ve sent it back with them. The fried whiting was soft with no crunch, not crispy at all (soggy) and the sides had not flavor.
After spending $40, we didn’t eat any of the food beyond the initial tasting and ended up purchasing dinner from another establishment. To the team who sells food outside of the actual restaurant, please be mindful of the quality of food you’re soliciting. If it’s not up to your standard meals, DO NOT SELL IT just to take back a profit. You lose repeat business that way and I would’ve definitely visited the restaurant, if the food was quality and appetizing.

Read moreWe always say we should support our own yet, we can never get consistent, professional service. I ordered from here 4 different times in about 8 days. The first time, my food was so good and hot, we were hooked, clearly because we ordered over $140 of food in just 8 days. The last time I ordered was today, and I will be calling to speak with a manager on duty. Today, I get a call about my request on my honey BBQ fish nuggets which stated NOT, to pour sauce all over my nuggets, it was soggy and the taste was off from being drenched in sauce the last two times I purchased, the girl over talked me and stated that's how they cook their nuggets, no apologies no how would i like it to be cooked to make me happy.. but just over talking saying what they always do. I received our food and it had sauce all over my nuggets and onion rings... Like wth.. After falling in love with food for life on Uber eats.. it's time to find another spot. Appearance is everything when it comes to...
