Hardee’s — Restaurant in Sullivan

I would recommend restraining of the front line and backline cook cashier made a rude comment since all I ordered was a small meal like I wasn't spending enough money The fry station had not heat lamp on look like they been sitting in the tray for a long time so when I got out to my car was exactly what I thought old cold disgusting the two double cheeseburger tasted like the burger had been pre cooked sitting in a tray they were cold one had two slices of cheese stuck together and the other had only one slice of cheese very nasty cheese wasn't even melted as a former Hardee's cook years ago the buns and meat are run through a chain broil grill takes not even eight minutes or less to cook hot fresh fries take about three minutes so that being said top bun squirt of mustard squirt of ketchup two pickles bottom bun meat patty slice of cheese meat patty slice of cheese put sandwich together hot and fresh french fry station heat lamp on fries hot out of fryer scooped up I guarantee would have been ten times better than the nasty meal I was served the parking lot is in need of a lot of repairs the restaurant itself needs some remodeling and restroom...

I have lived about 10 minutes away from this store for my entire life. About 2 years back, they started having problems performing up to the lowest standards. Today was where I drew the line and where they lost me as a customer. First of all, I waited 20 minutes in line before I even got to the speaker box. I was willing to let this slide, I figured they were having a rush. However, when I finally reached the speaker box, no one said a word to me for another 10 minutes. I would have left, but their drive through doesn't allow driving off. The order taker was then incredibly rude, not even mentioning the wait time. He also didn't give me the chance to say I wanted to donate a dollar to the military thing they had going on. I got to the window after another 10 minutes. I would think that after 10 minutes my food would be done, but it didn't seem so. They took my change and I left, only to discover that my fry box was upside down in the bag, (meaning fries everywhere) and that all of my food was cold. It is safe to say that I will not be eating at this...

Waited 30+ MINUTES in drive thru for two shakes and a bottle of water. Why didn’t you just pull off inquiring minds might ask. Well their drive thru is curbed preventing you from being able to pull off. If you work at hydro gear and always get your perfect attendance incentive don’t go here for your lunch break because you will lose it!
