We ordered 2 sandwiches and then my husband asked for a cup for water. As I’m starting to pay, the girl is giving him a cup. The bill was over $20 (we both had 6”). So I’m asking him why it’s so much and as we are looking at the menu, the girl said, “I have you a cup.” We’re obviously confused so my husband said, “I just wanted a little cup of water.” She said, “Well, I gave you a big one.” I was so taken aback I wasn’t on point, where I would’ve given the cup back and asked for a refund. So $3.19 for a large cup (for water) we didn’t ask for, by a service worker with a 5hitty attitude. Between customers she was playing on her phone, then not washing her hands. We’ll never go back there. Just a fare warning to not expect normal service, check your bags and bill before paying. Sorry Subway! We normally have good experiences...
