Petty Pit Stop - Sullivan — Restaurant in Sullivan

Ordered a mog w/shrimp. The mog was $9. The tiny 6 peices of shrimp was $10. More. Ordered black beans. They were to be in a container according to the girl (Jen) who took our order.was none there. Only charged .50cents. Sandwhich was dripping with grease. My granddaughter ordered a chicken bacon ranch. W/n onion no tomatoe/no cheese. Had cheese on it. No lettice like she ordered. I called when we got home. The girl who charged us was very unfriendly. Said come back for beens and few more pieces of shrimp. Said shrimp was very expensive and could not do anything about thr price. She charged me the $10. For a fullsalad protien. I would think for $10 that meant a salad. I did not go back as im an amputee. Did not want to get back in car after waiting 35 minutes on this order. When only 2 customers there. And wait again. Ive owned restaurants, concession stands. Bar and grills, and never would i have sent an order put like this. 90% of the sandwhich or should i say bread . (Oh yes forgot the dijon hot mustard )went in the trash. I realize people have bad help or bad days but omg! This was awful. $28.00 plus tax.for 2 greasy sandwhiches. I will never try it again . I try to always buy from locals. But this is why it is...

I'm a HUGE fan of Petty's. They are very accommodating to my dietary requirements. I'm gluten & dairy free, these ladies know how to make my meals safe for me. The flavor that each menu brings to the table is FANTASTIC. I love the atmosphere & how I feel when I walk in. Everyone is welcoming & it's like a family reunion each time. I can't imagine Sullivan without this gem. I have a healthy option that I don't have to worry about.

I appreciate the creative, fun vibe that Jen puts out & it's like we have been friends since birth! I literally sometimes spend hours in there just hanging out.

This is a MUST STOP if you are in town or make a special trip just for good food... you won't be disappointed. I PROMISE!

Stopped here after viewing the eclipse nearby. I absolutely love this place. The employee who took our order was incredibly friendly and happy to make recommendations and answer our questions. Everything my group ordered was delicious. Each component of my club sandwich perfectly harmonized with the next. The thickness of the slices of the turkey, tomato and cheese, the choice and toasty-ness of the bread and amount of sauce must have been mathematically calculated somehow as every bite was perfect. If I didn’t live 4 hours away I would eat here multiple times a week. My only regret is not ordering one of everything to go so that I could have tried it all....
