Subway — Restaurant in Sullivan

I am a frequent customer of this subway I never use the drive thru but unfortunately my husband did. We literally got a 12 inch bacon sub with two slices of bacon on the sub. I called the store and they said they would make us a new one. After driving all the way back to the store. In my pajamas. To walk in and get asked " did I have the sandwich with me? " I said no.....first no one told me to bring the sandwich back. It's not like they can sell it. But second. I go to this store 2 times a week for years. And I have never called and complained. Suffice to say I left with no new sandwich. Wasted time a lot of it....gas and a huge inconvenience for absolutely nothing. Including paying for a sandwich that was made with absolutely no care or thought. The real kicker is they make this sandwich for me all the time and it's a 12 inch sub bacon only no cheese no veggies .....how can you...

Subway in Farmersburg Indiana at times can be a bit irritated. The food is always fresh but the service definitely Lacks. It takes them forever to get your sandwich to you when you're at the drive-up even if there was no one inside to be waited on, and you still do not get it the way you ordered it. I am disabled it is easier for me to go to the drive-up window then to try to walk inside to watch him put the ingredients on my sandwich. I can ask for extra onions on my sub and I will give four or five thin slices on my sandwich and some of the ingredients they do not spread out clear across the footlong sub it will be all piled up on one end of the sandwich. This subway will hire lots of teenagers and allow their supervisor Sarab to treat them like garbage. She won't ever even tell them what they did wrong or give them a chance to work on it. She just takes advantage of them for a few months until they hire new ones and then just randomly cut the ones that's been there months off of the schedule. They don't professionally terminate them because they know they didn't do anything wrong. They just stop scheduling them any hours so they are forced to look for other employment. Parents please be very weary about allowing your teen to apply here. Very shady business practices. The owner does not show any regard to the way she treats his employees either.
