Roberto's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Summerlin South

Terrible..... Not all Roberto's are equal! There are some good places and there are some bad. This one on hualapai is terrible. I stopped to get two tostadas. The drive-thru window at 116° outside I left with one came all the way home realized it was only one. It had to go all the way back and then they were stunned that they didn't give me two even though I paid for the two. Then I opened up the box, one was soggy and then I realized one even had almost cheese. Terrible. They put 12 lb of beans on. It was the worst tostada I've ever had. I've also tried their chili rellanos and they are also terrible. They don't even cook their chili. They just wrap it up in the egg batter and serve you and it's hard you can't bite through it. You can't even eat it it's terrible. I will not be going back to this location. I don't know why I did today. 12.45 wasted on two disgusting items that I cannot say enough bad things about. Oh yeah the tortillas were burnt as well....

Purchased a taquito meal, for my fifteen-year-old. As he was nearing the end of his meal he bit into a taquito that had a slightly larger than pea-sized rock in it. It's the weirdest thing I think I've ever found in mind or my son's food. This is dangerous on many levels! When I called there was no manager available and the guy had no idea when there would be one in. He offered to refund or for me to get a new plate of food. My point was not for a refund, it is that taking a bite of a taco or a burrito with a rock in it isnt safe! I mean seriously if there's a rock in the food what else is in it? Why doesn't your employee know when there will be a manager available? I'm so disappointed. I used to go here all the time. Sadly, it looks like there's a lack of management available and obviously the quality control isn't that...

Used to be one of my favorites but not anymore. I'm a vegetarian but they put two or three pieces of meat in my potato breakfast burrito. It's disgusting if you are not a meat eater and bite into it, I threw up almost immediately. Ewww! We call them up and they ask us to get the burrito for proof as though we do this for a hobby. Anyway, when my husband walks in with the half eaten burrito and shows them the pieces of meat in it, instead of a kind apology, they question him about the rest of the burrito. Are you kidding me! the rest is in the sink, come get it. Never ever going back. And they also said it was just a piece or two! The staff is a joke here!
