Hardee’s — Restaurant in Summersville

I worked here, so knowing from experience is different. I was a cook. The people were friendly, the food is prepared fresh (normally). Drive thru times were always high, even if the food was done the fries were not, or something was wrong with the order. POS systems didn't work properly so people would get wrong food or no food at all. About 5 OR LONGER minutes into the order the front counter would finally ask what was going on. Constant arguing would happen in open view of customers. Employees would be doing "things" on night shift (my shift) and everyone but 1 person would disappear from the store. Horrible place to eat. WOULD...

Normally, I love the food here and I had not been able to stop for about a year since I moved, but my friend and I ordered today and I made a special trip (since it was the closest one) I can easily say it was the worst hamburger I had eaten. I didn't finish it. I was dying to try the new Prime Rib thick burger and the burger itself was dried out, the prime rib was dry, there was very little cheese and the onions were just thrown on top, not caramelized. No issues with service or anything...it just seems the food prep is abysmal. It was a waste of money. I won't take...

The person who gave us our drinking cups stuck her fingers inside of my cup when handing it to me. Had to ask for a new one. While we were eating our food a cook came out to the front line he accidentally knocked over the drive-thru cups onto the floor. He picked them back up and put them right on the rack after them rolling around where people walk. Completely disgusting. How would they like to get one of those cups to drink out of themselves? Or their mother or brother or sister....
