Wendy's — Restaurant in Summerville

Fast and friendly service is always a good thing; however, dealing with problems when they arise in a quick and professional manner is also a great thing for a restaurant! My family, currently numbering at eight, is a source of many fervant looks when we enter any place to eat together; usually our orders are specialized due to the picky nature of some of my children, this time was no exception. When we received our food a couple of items were not as ordered but it was swiftly corrected that you could say it was not even worth remembering; however, it is because of the excellent way that it was handled! Remember as a kid having a cook out at home the atmosphere the great food and swatting the flies away. Well the only part of that you get here are the flies. Even during the winter it's like they breed them somewhere so they can have them year round. Rude people horrible food and a dirty restaurant. It's fast food so I don't expect a 5 star experience but holy hell. Tear it down fire everyone and start over. Review not from just one experience but multiple attempts. The night manager this evening was rude. The cashier coughed,took my money and then started to make my food. After I asked her to wash her hand and remake my food she told the night manager this evening and manager was just as gross as she took a broom pushed trash in a can down then continue to make the drive thru fries and nuggets as she as well didnt wash her hands.
