They DON'T EVEN CONTACT YOU AFTER THEY LEAVE THEIR EMAILS AND SAY OH WE'LL CONTACT YOU. If I could I wouldn't give them 1 star. We will not ever ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. It has been OVER 8 weeks and NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. WASTED THIRTY BUCKS ON A MEAL WE COULDN'T EAT. I emailed the owner and the email on the website. 6/3/22.

We have enjoyed your restaurant many times and are loyal customers. This is why we were so disappointed how the food tasted and your managers behavior towards me was. I called to report to him that the onion rings were over done and too greasy, the Irish egg rolls were weirdly slimy?? The pizza was way to spicy and had paint brush like bristles in it?? Weird?? I have never complained before and felt very disrespected when I called. The first call I made I was hung up on, the second time, he really didn't listen to me, he was making all kinds of excuses for EVERYTHING. We all work hard for our money and we expect an edible meal!! He never offered to remake our food, He told me he would get back to me, he said he was to busy to talk to me. Ok food. They bought from.a previous owner and didnt really update the place. Editing since I can't respond direct to the owners reply. Glad you responded, but you are replying about a different location than the one I reviewed. I have never been to the one in corktown. I'm referring to the one on sumpter rd. This location used to be tin pan. Same building outside, same decor inside(beige and green). You have fair food in my opinion, but I wouldn't rave about it. It took you months to get your cooler prepped to have any beer on tap. And fyi, I did give you 3 stars. Sorry you can't take criticism, although it's not really that. It's a review, an opinion from my visits there. Last visit I had the smoked salmon caesar salad. The salmon was too salty for my taste but my husband liked it. There was way too much cheese and croutons( you could save a few dollars by cutting back a bit). Sometimes less is more. It tasted ok except for that. The ONLY reason I am giving Bobby McShane's in belleville, 3 stars is because of the restroom situation. This review has NOTHING to do with the food or the staff. I frequent this spot and know the manager and bartenders. They are all frustrated with the fact the owner(s) have not put forth the effort to fix the bathrooms. The women's restroom is consistently out of order. For a while, customers had to use a plunger that was provided in one of the stalls in the women's restroom even if you just urinated. Often times the bathroom is closed because it's flooded. This is Not the staffs fault, and whoever is in charge of keeping this business open, should 100% take notice of the bathroom situation. The manager/head bartender had to stand watch outside of the men's restroom while I (a woman) had to pee, become the women's bathroom has been completely out of order. .
