I am a long-time fan of Little Caesars (and bacon), and was excited to try the new bacon-wrapped deep dish. Myself and some friends got together to try it, and I went to get the pizza. I called on my way in and placed an order for 6 of the bacon-wrapped deep dish pizzas. I confirmed twice that I wanted 6.
When I arrived, the staff informed me that they thought I only wanted 1 and had only made 1. I was annoyed, but I wasn't in a huge hurry so I could wait. However, after I re-affirmed that I did indeed want 6, the woman at the counter tried to convince me that I didn't want 6, I just wanted 1. I had to tell her at least 5 or 6 times that yes, I wanted 6. She told me that was a lot of pizza and I really didn't want that many.
At this point I would have just walked out if I didn't have a bunch of people waiting back at the house. She finally called the order back to the people making the pizzas, and then I had to listen to them griping and complaining about having to make more of these. This went on for several minutes before they actually started making the pizzas.
The bacon-wrapped deep dish itself was very good, but I will never be going back here again. I can honestly say that this was the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. I can understand mishearing an order and having to wait, but it was incredibly plain that the staff did not want to make these pizzas, and tried very hard to talk me out of purchasing them. And then I had to listen to them complain about me and my order while...
Read moreLittle Caesars Pizza has become a family favorite in our household. My daughter absolutely adores their classic cheese pizza, and it's always her top choice whenever we decide to order pizza. The perfectly melted cheese over the flavorful tomato sauce is something she just can't resist. On the other hand, my son's taste buds light up with joy when he gets his hands on the scrumptious pepperoni pizza. The combination of zesty pepperoni and gooey cheese is a delightful treat for him.
As parents, we love the convenience and affordability that Little Caesars offers. The Hot-N-Ready pizzas are a real lifesaver on busy days when we need a quick and satisfying meal for the whole family. The fact that we can walk in and grab a freshly made pizza without waiting too long is a big win for us.
Furthermore, the pizza chain's consistency in taste and quality keeps us coming back for more. The kids know they can count on getting their favorite pizzas just the way they like them. And as parents, it's reassuring to know that we're getting good value for our money without compromising on taste.
Overall, Little Caesars Pizza has become a special place for us, creating fond memories of family pizza nights and happy faces. It's a go-to spot whenever we crave delicious and affordable pizza that everyone in the...
Read moreOrdered online at 4:51 pm. I did arrive late, around 5:45 pm. I had to wait a line where I had to stand in the corner between the drink machines and the glass wall. When I finally got to the register they informed me that my order was never given to the kitchen. I asked if I was going to have to wait again, behind the other six people who were in front of me and she said yes. She went to the back and the another person came out and said that my order was ready. She gave me my order and I went to the car. I ordered 5 slice-n-sticks, a pan pizza, and a crazy bread. When I went to open my food, one of the slice-n-sticks, the pan pizza, and the crazy bread looked good. When I opened my other four slice-n-sticks, they were burnt to a crisp and I took them back inside. I know that I was late picking them up , but that has nothing to do with why they were overcooked and hard as a rock. It was just sitting there. The people inside of Little Caesar’s told me there wasn’t anything to they could do and that it was my fault that the pizza looked like that. When I asked for the manager, they said they...
