WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE This is the second time in a year that I have had terrible service. The first time I ordered a young lady took my order. We were leaving one of my children's games and I had a car full of hungry boys. I ordered 5 wing baskets. The young lady said "cash or check ONLY"... OK FINE! I came in for the total because just like tonight, they hang up without offering a total... No big deal I can add... I get there and write the check in front of her after she gives me the total then engages in conversation with a friend. I hand her the check and she gives it back and tells me "oh we don't take out of state checks, you can go across the street to that gas station and use the ATM". There was NO sign posted saying that. At the end of the day it wasn't what she said it was HOW she said it! I told her I was military and my address matched my drivers license! I offered to put my local address as "other professional businesses would as". So I refused the food and left. I can handle a lot but when your customer service is accompanied with an "oh well" attitude I can't deal! TONIGHT I placed and order of 2 meals and 1 appetizer under my 15 1/2 yr old son's name. He got there, gave them his name and repeated the order... When he gets the bags home I untie them and they left off his order and gave us 3 meals (2 of which we did not order) and our appetizer. When he handed me 2 receipts I called to speak to a manager. I asked to speak to a manager as she was telling me they were closing. This particular lady said she was the manager. After I explained what should had happened versus what happened. She immediately found our order, then said there was nothing she could do. There was NO voice of concern, disappointment, apology or ANYTHING. I was not looking for a free full course meal but an APOLOGY or a small compensation on the next meal would had been nice. Heck those crab angels are like $3.50, you could see we ordered those... how hard would that be. BUT because they are one of few Asian like restaurants that does have tasty foods, I guess good customer service isn't needed, because this is a small town and there isn't much competition. I'll stick with the Thai restaurants here... The description on the right says they accept credit cards. THEY DO NOT have updated technology in their establishment and you MUST pay with a LOCAL check since they don't have a register that can run the validity...

I wanted brown rice but it was not on the menu, however it was suggested that the soy sauce could be added to the white rice to turn it brown😳😳😳😂 Needless to say fast forward, I ordered Shrimp Lo Mein and Mongolian Beef w/white rice fried with onion, egg, and soy sauce.
The shrimp was the most flavorful in the Lo Mein, nicely seasoned. The Lo Mein by itself has a bland taste. The Mongolian Beef is excellent I added extra onions at no charge! I am pleasantly surprised that it has a spicy delightful flavor that hit my taste buds just right, and although the rice was too salty for my palate I managed to combine just the right amount for a great food experience!

They sometimes forget I am on hold on the phone. Tonight I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I knew this was not true from past experiences. I gave it 45 minutes. I walked up and gave the cashier my name. My order still was not ready! I got my food an hour after I placed my order, which is ridiculous when I'm being told it would take only 20 minutes. When my name was finally called, I walk up to get my order. The same cashier I gave my name to goes "oh you were here the whole time?".
