I come here daily sometimes multiple times a day live a block away so I frequent this place more then most, however it is always wrapped if u want a small fryâs be prepared to listen to the employees walk around complaining about their job and doing nothing to contribute to the workplace,; today I drive through it was empty when I arrived I waited 25 minutes for a number 21 supermen croissant when I got home I didnât even get hash browns I am so beyond done with this place on 103rd and thunderbird complete disregard for the customer it is apauling
Over 1 year latter: it is usually clean depending when you go. Thus said is pertaining to the lack of staff skills and training as well as the white brunettes not skilnny not fat but she has no business doing any customer service job, I was standing behind a gentleman who slid his card. The card went through set approved. I could see it even say, approved from where I was standing however, it failed to print the receipt so she demanded he pay for another meal. The customer said no maâam it says in my phone I paid, and it said approved on the part where you swipe your card. At that point the cook came up to and handed the gentleman his food. Wow the brunette lady said whoa, whoa, whoa, he hasnât paid for it yet it went through the POS system to the cook who made it and gave it to the customer it is just that lady needs to, go oh and the worst part when he said Iâm not gonna pay twice after showing his bank transactions and that it was approved. She had the audacity to say get out of my store I donât ever wanna see you here again now this is a regular customer whom I see 50-50 every time I go there and he has nothing but polite. It just seems like this place doesnât want any business I will give props to the brotha that generally works tonight Iâve been having him serve me for quite a while and never once had a problem I love this place that one middle age, brunette with a horrible attitude and nasty demeanor that goes beyond the point of oh, maybe she has having a bad day.    Read moreDon't plan on it. Being fast food never have. I ever been to this Jack in the box and been able to drive to the Window Order and Pick Up my Order at the Window and Leave. You always have to go park and wait. I'm not sure why this is. However, I could say the food is good. I don't have complaints about the food. They're not very personable when they take your order. Most of them are on the almost rude side of things. They don't know how to say hi, welcome to Jack in the box. Nothing like that they don't know how to say. Thank you or you're welcome. But the food is good. That's what I came for was the food. Update today was great there is nothing better than friendly courteous people to greet you and take your order and that is what I received today it certainly makes me appreciate it more and want to come back again!! Still have to pull over and wait for the food ,but that didn't really matter so much because of the way I was treated overall a great experience Updat I just don't understand I guess ordering a burger just a single burger no combo no fries no drink nothing else no one in line no one else in the Drive-Thru and yet I still have to pull around the other side and park and wait I know at home I could have cooked this burger much faster than this time that I'm waiting at the moment I wish I didn't pay until I got my food I would just leave but unfortunately they have you pay first and now you're just kind of stuck here at their Mercy So once again I went back to the same Jack in the Box and a complete different experience there was actually three cars ahead of me and I'm thinking it's going to take forever because it took forever before with no cars and I was surprised it was quick I did not have to go park and wait they brought my burger to me promptly food was great the service was great overall it was a great experience thank you for the changes you've made I will continue to be a customer...
   Read moreMy husband visited the drive thru at this location to order with our children while I was on bluetooth. I can hear the person taking his order and noticed that she was being passive aggressive while taking the order and when he would try to have her correct something/fix the size she snapped at him with an attitude and was purposely trying to aggravate him . He decided to leave the speaker and go up to the window and he addressed what her issue was and then asked to talk to a Manager. She said her location didn't have a Manager, that they didn't have one, again with a passive aggressive demeanor. He asked to talk to her superior and she said she didn't have one and closed the window.
In all the years of all the places I've been too I have never heard of such disrespect and in front of my children!
I called the store and was nice and asked to talk to the Manager. The girl on the phone said "I am the Manager" I said may I have your name? She said "Yuli?" I believe. I asked her are you the acting Manager or the location Manager and she said "Acting". I then asked to have the info for the location Manager and she got very defensive and asked me why I needed it as she was withholding the info. "I said there was an incident that happened today that I want to discuss. It seems like you are having a bad day and I don't want to talk to you so can I talk to your headquarters" She then told me "Good luck with that" and hung up. FYI - I've been having a good time taking with the Executives with JIB even if your location is franchised you still represent JIB and believe me, they are not very happy with the situation but you and your coworker have fun...
