I went this evening and asked for a lettuce wrap. When I was informed that thy didn't do them before I can even finish my sentence. I then called and asked to speak to someone I can report a complaint to. The last asked me how can she help me when I informed her that I was in the drive thru that very moment and I asked for a lettuce wrap. She then also informed me that thy didn't do them there. I then asked her to give me the number to someone hire then her because I know every business has a 1800 number for complaints and she refused to give me the number. I then asked to have a wopper without the buns and she said thy don't do that there either and told me to call Monday morning. I left without spending a dollar there. This was my first time ever experiencing this kind of service from them. As a Customer burger king states have it ur way and apparently that's false Advertisement because thy couldn't make my hamburger the way I was trying to order it. Twenty minutes later I walk in to find a young man and woman in the kitchen area talking a private conversation. I see our food sitting up on the warming shelf, but who knows how long it had been there. I stood at the counter another 2-3 minutes before he came up. I put my receipt on the counter and asked for my money back. He shrugged, went to the cash machine and came back with my $20. Then he had the nerve to say our food was late because they had an order for 9 breakfast burritos. Don't know who the hell he was kidding since I was the only one there. Ordered my food at the drive-through and was not warned that it was going to take me 40 minutes to get the food. I waited in the parking lot with 10 to 20 other cars in the same situation.
