I travel a great deal for work, eating healthy isn’t the easiest when you’re on the road. I door dashed Palmita’s tonight and could not be happier! The carnitas bowl abounded with flavors and texture you don’t often get in a melange of ingredients. Crispy tomatillos, pebbly sweet grains, tingly spiced corn and beans, topped with tender braised carnitas, all rounded out with an amazing molè sauce. I wish I would be in town another day longer!
