Tacos Al Carbon Mexican Food Truck — Restaurant in Sunrise Manor

My girlfriend and I went to this spot on June 10, 2018. I ordered a super burrito and she ordered an asada taco and an asada quesadilla. I requested everything and so did my partner. My super burrito was missing cheese and the sour cream that they claim is on the burritos and anything super. My partner was missing cheese on the quesadilla... let that sink in. We noticed this when we had made it home already. The food is quality but we were missing ingredients that we paid for and the lady that took our order had an attitude. A good attitude and providing what we had actually paid for would have gotten 5 stars. How do you forget to put the cheese...

I have been going to this place for 5 years. Ofcourse because of inflation food prices go up. Its happening everywhere but to buy these tacos, its definetly worth it. The Tacos come with 2 tortillas, a fried crunchy one and a soft one on the outside, the carne asada meat is super good. It comes with beans, cheese and guacamole which gives it a unique delish taste. Though the workers may seem mad or too serious at first they are actually nice workers are very focused on giving excellent quality food.

We are moving out of town soon but if we ever are in town in again we will def visit...

I was really excited to try this place because of all the great reviews. I packed up my dog into the car to drive down the street to check it out. I ordered a carne asada taco and a carnitas burrito. The taco was very good with asada, fresh avocado, beans and cheese. Delicious and fresh..the carnitas burrito barely had any meat on it tho. I couldn't believe it when I was halfway thru the burrito and still didnt get ANY meat! I'm not playing! 3/4 of the way I found a very small amount of meat...I'll return for the carne asada tacos...but first I'll try a few...
