Lady working at 730 pm Tuesday September 6 was very very rude, worst 7.29 I ever spent, I wonāt be returning to this location or ever eating at subway again after this.
I walked in to get a sandwich with another family member and they wanted a 6 inch, we are vegetarian and donāt want contamination so we requested for her to change her gloves, for which she replied that she just changed them and sounded very annoyed, my family member told the lady they wanted a 6 inch Italian and she said ok, i asked my family member if they really wanted a 6 inch since it isnāt the most filling option. The lady overheard that and said āHe said he wanted a six inchā in a very rude tone, I clarified that I was talking to my family member for which she said ādonāt be rude to me, I donāt have to serve you, you can go eat somewhere else if you want to be rudeā under her breath. Next my family member asked for mozzarella and had it toasted, than we proceeded to the next sandwich artist who was very nice to work with, I noticed that the next customer in line was going up to the lady and listened in on the interaction and the lady was absolutely nice to her, this has happened before at other subway locations and Iām very disappointed that I have received this consistent treatment with attitude from all the locations Iāve visited in the last year. I hope nobody else has to deal with this lady and hope she is dealt with...
   Read moreWorst customer service experience of my life. We were berated, screamed at and cursed at by the cashier⦠in front of my children and other restaurant patrons. She started out with an attitude, eye rolling, slamming things down, making obviously sighing sounds, throwing her hands in the air when they made a mistake on the order. The guy who made the mistake crumpled up the sandwich and walked off the line when we mentioned the error. When I asked for a manager due to the females attitude, she began screaming and cursing⦠at me and then at her manager once he came running from the back. I stop here multiple times per week during my commute and I will never give them another dollar....

I was contacted after my survey by someone claiming to be the manager. They had no compassion or care for my poor experience. I requested in multiple emails for someone other than her to contact me regarding this poor experience, no one has contacted me. I also have reached out to corporate for subway and apparently no one cares about customer experiences and making right a wrong. Won't be recommending this location ever again and won't be getting food from...
