Steadfast Nutrition — Restaurant in Surf City

Steadfast just recently relocated into the space next to Rising Tide fitness where my wife and I workout. I must qualify my review by clarifying that I like caffeine, I need it, who doesn't ? I purchased a level 2 version of one of their tea drinks. The selection of flavors is mind blowing, there is something for everyone ! My drink was delicious, and I was happy to learn that it was zero sugar ! The boost was nice and even, not harsh at all, I will definitely step up to level three next time. On the subject of customer service, my wife and I went in together, the young lady who served us was happy, positive, and explained the teas to me in great detail. We felt welcomed , and valued as customers and as people. The shop itself is neat, clean, and has a very casual and relaxing atmosphere. This evening, I visited Steadfast with my son and daughter, who requested a protein shake. Upon entering, we were not acknowledged, which was somewhat understandable as the employee had her back turned while preparing tea for another customer. After a few minutes of waiting, another customer arrived, and she promptly greeted him and inquired about his order, neglecting to recognize our presence. Before addressing us, she assisted the man who came in after us, only acknowledging us after completing his transaction. The business conduct was very discourteous. Remarkably, my 13-year-old daughter was taken aback and asked me about it after we left. It's surprising that she demonstrates better manners and a clearer understanding of customer service than the staff member...

I Went into this place today for the first time and got a strawberry banana shake. After I got the shake I tried it and it was not good at all and tasted very fake. I went back in because I was not happy with what I just paid $10 for and was told it wasn’t made with fresh fruit and was only powder… I asked if i could get a refund and was told no. One of the girls working was nice and the other was not. When I told the one girl I was not satisfied, she gave me the most disgusting look.
