First time here for dinner, and ordered the chimichanga (chicken) with rice and beans. It was quite good, and a huge portion for the price. I liked the beans and rice. The chimichanga was full of tender chicken. They placed a bed of pico de gaio (spelling?) and lettuce with guacamole and sour cream. I couldn’t finish it, and took more than half of it home. To drink I had a fountain Coca Cola that was refreshing. While waiting for my order they had a side station of condiments, and I sampled the pickled carrots that had a spicy 🌶️ kick; and some cucumbers. It reminded me of a traditional restaurant back in Milwaukee by the name of El Cabrito 🐐. I had a relaxing time enjoying my dinner. The dining area is clean and has ample seating inside and outside. Bathrooms are clean, and there’s ample parking. Quite a few came in to grab ‘To Go’ orders. There were a few Uber eats; and the drive thru too. It’s 24/7 here. Update 8/15 — came to try the pork filled chimichanga.

Easily the best Filiberto’s in Surprise. The kitchen staff is on point, the food tastes great, even relative to other locations closer to the heart of Phoenix. The salsa’s aren’t watered down, and the portions are huge. This was a great addition to the area!

Our first visit to a Filiberto's and we will be back soon. The quality of the food was excellent and portions large. Although the dining area is not fancy it was clean and well presented. The menu prices seemed a bit high at first but once we saw and tasted our meals we realized the prices are actually quite reasonable for what you are getting. I understood this location opened...

This is the BEST burrito shop, BY FAR, in the west valley!! My husband and I went here last night, we received exceptional customer service, the food was AMAZING and the portion size, you definitely get your moneys worth, they do not skimp! I highly recommend this Filiberto’s restaurant over ANY burrito...
