Going to just keep editing...this taco bell has gotten better. They are finally getting the order right, but unfortunately you have to go through every box order and swap around the things that should be. Like...all the order is there you just have to go on an Easter egg hunt in each person's box to make the correct food order. Also, I have been having more tortilla than food in the tortilla. I am ripping off pieces of my burrito just to have some flavor because its inches thick of tortilla. Almost like they are using a huge tortilla for a very small amount of ingredients. So many extra pieces of tortilla I had to rip off of my chilli cheese burrito and the 5 layer burrito, and hardly anything inside the burritos. Chalupas are not cheap. I haven't gotten a fresh Chalupa that I didnt have to pull off stale outside pieces in weeks. They just mass fry them and use them instead of making fresh. Thats not what we pay for. I could understand if I come when they are busy, but that's actually the only time things might possibly be fresh. Tortillas tasted like pooh as well. Chewy and just so much of it!
I would give less if I could. I have ordered chicken and got steak the last 3 times on the special 9.00 2 street chalupa orders. So stale I couldnt even eat it!!! Awful! Horrible! They also lost my order or gave it away. Still got it wrong. Don't go here! Please take my advice!!! Heed my warning!!!! ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ dont eat here ever!!! Stale wrong and the steak is...

This restaurant was the dirtiest I have ever seen. Dirt, just everywhere, all over the entire dining room floor. It's Surprise, and a lot of construction is happening around this area, but grab a mop more than once a day. If people track in dirt, mop it again. Every table in the dining room was dirty. Every single one. There were only 5 total people in the dining area and barely anyone in the drive thru, so it's not like it was so busy that they didn't have time to wipe some tables. But this is one of those locations that doesn't have a cashier to take orders and oversee the dining area and see when it needs to be cleaned. All the employees are perfectly content to hide in the back, completely ignoring the dining room.
Don't expect to get your food quickly. Every time we have come here, it's at least a 10-15 min wait to get our food, even when we're the only customers, even when our order is fairly standard (family of 5).
Despite these problems, I don't blame the young folks working here. This is clearly a mismanagement problem, and if I were the franchise owner, I would be ashamed to call this my restaurant.
So why two stars? The food was good and relatively cheap. It was the one saving grace in this...
Read moreI’ve given this Taco Bell more chances than it deserves just because it’s close to my house, and every single time I regret it. I end up kicking myself for not driving the extra five minutes to the Prasada location. The portions here are so much smaller...everything you order is about half the size of what you’d get at Prasada. And don’t even bother asking for “extra” anything, because instead of actually giving you more, they just skimp on the other ingredients to make it look like they did you a favor. To make matters worse, half the time the food shows up cold, stale, or undercooked. The service is halfway decent here, but even that feels misleading because you think good service means good food...it doesn’t. If you value your money, your patience, or just want Taco Bell that doesn’t feel like a total ripoff, drive the extra five minutes to Prasada. At least there, when you ask for extra, they actually...
