Starbucks — Restaurant in Surprise

The slowest Starbucks time and time again. Have been here multiple times, all different times of day. There is usually a crew of 3-4 and if they went any slower they’d go backwards. And your drink is guaranteed to be incorrect at least half of the time but you probably won’t say anything bc it takes them so long to remake it. They are also regularly out of multiple options by 8am. Like skim milk, brown sugar, vanilla… Looking forward to the new one planning to open across the street as this is the worst Starbucks I...

Today was a bit of an upsetting experience. I paid $1.25 for extra shots of espresso. And the girl that worked there literally made me hot oatmilk drink. Not a single drop of espresso. I went back trying to be kind because I understand there’s only two of them, but I must’ve bruised the ego of the girl that had to redo my drink because she wasn’t happy that she had to redo it. Smh. We don’t mind spending a little extra money on a good black tea. This was the 3rd time we came in to the Safeway location and got very weak black tea. The mixture was very watered down. The employees need to take lessons from the Fry’s or Bell Road locations. We will drive the extra mile and go to those instead. Will not be back to this location....
