ZOOM Cafe — Restaurant in Susupe

Zoom is great. Its ambience is solid with its throwback of a background music playlist, so-so customer experience admittedly, but most especially, the food with justifiable prices. The spicy bulgogi was great, but the spotlight goes to the amazing chicken. Both chicken that I’ve ordered are not too overpowering in their sauces so that the texture is still crispy, while the sauce itself still does its job effectively. It’s that perfect middle ground. I definitely recommend any type of chicken.

The only thing I liked about this place are the chicken wings, but the rest of the food menu is acceptable. I give this place 2 stars because of the lacking customer service: the wait staff don't do much, they won't even serve you water (honest to God) you have to get it yourself, I don't know why, maybe they can't be bothered to give customers the most basic of service. This restaurant was alright. The food was pretty good! Unfortunately our experience with the service was very unpleasant, the only time they came to our table was to take our order and deliver our food, there was only one other family in the restaurant so it wasn't busy. We asked for water and all the server did was point to a cooler. That had some dirty cups on the counter next to it.
