I have never encountered this level, terrific, rude, arrogant, demanding and unprofessional person in my whole life. ||||Her name was Maria and she looks enough old to be more mature but actually she was such a discriminatory as we were not speaking English as good as she speaks and she speaks so fast that we could really understand what she was talking and our conversation was just one way from her and none of our problems were resolved. ||||This is to let all of the travelers know who might visit Saipan that please do not stay at this property unless you’re rather interested in meeting this person. ||||Also I truly hope this property management beware of the ongoing situation and take serious measures ASAP to previous further travelers...
Read moreRooms are pretty big. The floors are dirty though and the showers are pretty old and rusted up. Don't walk barefoot because your feet will get dirty before you get in bed. The place does stay pretty cool during the day, which is nice. Only one elevator works. They LOCK THE STAIRWELLS. This is a FIRE HAZARD! What if there was a fire and we can't use the ONE elevator that takes forever to get to any of the floors? You aren't supposed to use elevators anyway in the case of a fire, and each apartment has an electric stove and a microwave and a dryer (if the washer and dryer actually work because ours didn't) which can easily...

For my room in particular, the hot water didn't work in the master room's bathroom but worked in the other bathroom. There was a note to not change the settings for the air conditioning so we left it as it was, but it was so hot. Only late in the night did it become cold enough to actually need the sheets. Just seemed like there were still things to be fixed since Yutu, but maybe that's just me being picky since it used to be my favorite place to sleep over at.
